Noodle Box Kenmore — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I am extremely disappointed. The noodles for the majority of the dishes we ordered were overcooked and mushy, and the sauces tasted bland and uninspired. The total order was $129 and it was definitely not worth what we spent. The Singapore noodles are meant to be a dry curry flavoured noodle, instead it was red sauce and tasted nothing like Singapore noodles. The Pad Thai was as if it came from a jar, no peanuts, no egg and not Pad Thai!! The Thai Sticky Pork Belly was a soupy and flavourless mess with minimal vegetables. Nothing we ordered tasted as it should have, was not as it was described online and certainly wasn’t worth the money spent.

I have had much better noodle dishes at other restaurants and will not be returning to noodle box for my next noodle fix. This was a very disappointing experience and quite frankly a waste of money. The only reason why this place is still open is because people are clearly not reading these reviews before ordering...

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service demonstrated by the restaurant owner during a recent incident with ubereats there driver didnt pick our order from here and delivered us an incorrect order, the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we received our correct order.

Despite the lack of response from Uber regarding the delivery issue, the owner stayed back for an additional 30 minutes to personally ensure that we received our food. This level of dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.

As a result of this positive experience, we will now be placing our orders directly with the restaurant in the future. The quality of the food was also excellent, and all of our specific instructions were meticulously followed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had a horrible experience with the manager of this store. Got my order wrong and when I advised, he argued with me that my order was wrong despite me having a photo of it. After a few months of boycotting the store I thought I’d give them another shot. Ordered two dishes of noodles. Both were absolutely horrible. Not only did they come with rice instead of noodles, I paid extra for prawns and broccoli and got 2 prawns and 2 pieces of broccoli! There was absolutely no flavour in either dish, despite one of them being ordered as extra spicy. The food here is the worst of all the Noddle Box franchises. The service from the manager is also the worst. Tigers Asian Wok and China View down the road both do amazing food so I wouldn’t waste my money at Noodle Box Kenmore ever again. Bitterly...
