Where to start... maybe the lack of customer service... yeah it might of been drive thru but c'mon u be less of a zombie. How bout a hi or even a smile ? Besides the service being non existent I just Can not believe that a staff member will knowingly charge for the amount of advo I received. If u don't have enough product, tell the customer... pretty simple really. If anything it's less work for you... But instead I got them crusty bits that have dried around the edge of the bowl, not much in total... not even a teaspoon. Thanks 🙏🏼 Since he gave me the best part, yummy (not) well why not charge the customer while ur at it.

But it's not just the noticably missing advocado that got me so annoyed, it's how I can happily be given a share pack of fries that isn't even half full, The box is literally not even filled half way. $8.20 what a rip ! Thanks for nothing maccas you team have truely outdones themselves, yet again ! Talk about value for...

I don’t write many reviews. But I need to warn people: This is the worst McDonalds in Brisbane.

They balls everything up. My partner and I order on the app only, because otherwise, they are completely hopeless.

Even still, every time, without fail, they stuff up the orders. It’s actually incredible. On a single order: the drinks were wrong, the sides were wrong, and the dessert was wrong.

They also make you wait in the waiting for every drive-through order that’s not a single item.

The managers always try to gaslight us into giving us the wrong products, especially the hot pies, because they never have enough of the specials on hand. They always argue with you too, and flat out lie. Dangerous in a world of food allergies. It wasn’t until we made them crack the pie open in front of us before they believed us. I’m not an idiot like the staff and management there, I can tell the difference between apple...
