Disgusting customer service, poor communication, terrible quality control - cold food and no syrup in the drink! Spoke with management team that same evening (with a disappointed family listening). Full refund agree without hesitation. Was apologetic. At that point I and my family were understand of the fact that these things happen and I was happy to receive my refund and remain a returning customer. Attended Salisbury McDonald's this morning to be berated by Manager that no such refund was agreed (asked her to contact the manager from the previous evening- declined). Passive aggressive undertone in conversations that there was syrup and the food wasn't cold repeatedly reference their 'quality control'. Asked for a refund that was agreed upon to be bombarded with 'we don't normally do a full refund ' - Seriously! You can't make this stuff up! Why would I want a part refund of an entire meal and Saturday night treat for my children and family to be completely ruined by your QUALITY CONTROL! All I asked was for a refund of the money I payed for a product I did NOT receive! At this point I felt as if I had been SCAMMED! I was shocked! Eventually, after I repeatedly told her I did not make this up and that the product has no syrup and the fries were cold she proceeded to give me a refund. It was embarrassing. It was belittling! Would give zero stars if possible. Don't waste your money...

The fat guy (sorry I couldn't stop myself using this word cause of his deeds) with specs who drives a Ute who usually works at late night shift is so rude and racist that he shouldn't be allowed to work there at all. Every time I ask him for anything his answers are so bloody rude. At first I thought he must be having a hard day but I realized hes consistently like that so I couldn't stop myself from posting this. His attitude is as if he owns the place and no wonder when he works I have hardly seen anyone working with him. Please change your staff and have someone ethical and professional. I am really surprised to see some other posts regarding him when you scroll at the bottom and cant believe he is still working there. I have had the similar experience as Luke McClelland and I couldn't believe he said the same to me. Hes like a virus to your well performing business. I live so close to this place and I have had no issues ever. But these experiences will always be an obstacle to my mind when it comes to visit this Mcdonald's. Tonight was the worst experience ever. Read moreHe hey. A friend and I stopped in for a coffee on our way to do some shopping at aldi Salisbury. It was quite busy with a number of people at the front counter and also in the drive through. It seemed to be at change of shift time cause there was definitely not enough staff to cope with the amount of foot traffic that was in the store. Having said that the staff were still uber friendly and trying their best to process all the orders. We had coffee and cheesecakes. The cheese cake was nice as well single serve and was fresh which can be an issue at times with display case cakes and slices. But these w et tr quite good. The chai latte I had was also very nice as I have had them before at mc cafe and have always enjoyed them. The staff despite being busy said they would bring the order to the table. My friend declined due to his busy they were and that he would wait to make it easier in them.
All in all the visit was very nice. Only thing that was not great was the time of day we were there. After school and house the kids bring was a bit hard on the ears. But they were having a good time lol. So...
