Update 11/12/2020 - We went to the restaurant once again, having held ourselves back quite hard, craving the AMAZING food. Every little critique was taken so positively and constructively. We were greeted with a friendly team, smiles and hospitality galore, orders efficiently taken. The Food - so darn good!! Every bite, every morsel full of flavour and authenticity. Meat falling off the bones and immersed in delicately added flavour!! In the end of the management came to thank us for returning and apologised for the prior short comings-this speaks volumes about their dedication towards the service and food they provide. We'll be returning over and over and over again!!
4/12/2020 - I think the indian food here is the BEST I have ever had!! This is authentic Rajasthani food and the restaurant does not claim otherwise. Absolutely love the open view kitchen. The goat curry on the bones and lamb curry were to die for - falling off the bones, the masala cooked with so much patience and accuracy with zero after burn (any experienced curry eater will relate)...I generally hate the most unauthentic butter chicken but this restaurant legit has the best butter chicken i have ever had (and believe me, we eat alot of Indian out) , their thali has to be their signature menu item - LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!! So much variety and authenticity all in one - the delicious buttery churma, the baati bread - WOWOWOW!! Our server , PARVEEN gets 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆- a pro at what he does, passionate and great customer service. Parveen spoke so passionately about any food related queries we had. Only critique- the restaurant/cafe is very small and so with about 3-4 servers and management all at the counter, watching your every move - seems bit too much. When we walked in (after having made reservations) there was a bit of drama around our orders (a table of 8) which was unnecessary as they used ipads to take orders ,I mean if you can't get efficient on that then maybe return to a notepad) so suggestion - Maybe spread out over the restaurant- some outside, some in. But all this was forgiven as the food was incredible, service top grade and we got a very happy and lively goodbye from one and all!! Will we be going back??...
Read moreWe went to this place for first time but our experience was very bad . Being from hospitality industry ,being a qualified chef & managed a restaurant in Sydney . I was shocked to see how they manage their front office . I am sure it was owner who served us , he even does not how to handle plates & cutlery . He wiped plates & cutlery while he was placing them on table he handled our cutlery from the top end rather than bottom end , how disgusting is that so I have to wipe again with the serviette . Actually I was going to walk out straight way that was good enough to expose how they are running their business. But I thought to be more on lenient side let’s try the food , we ordered Pani puri which was fine & also the main dish which was chicken dish that was also fine . But naan bread very dry . By this time I saw the owner who served us PUTTING HIS FINGER IN HIS EAR & he continued serving the customers . I kept close eye on him unfortunately, he served us pani puri & our main course , but thankfully he was holding everything from underneath as he served us this time . Honestly if he did touch anything the way he did earlier we would have walked out of that place , but still no washing of hands or sanitising even though they had sanitizer at the counter . Then we ordered ALOO TIKKI , it took them 25 min to prepare , finally when it arrived it was UNCOOKED as I ordered for my wife , she asked me to try , so on second scoop BIG PIECE OF PLASTIC in the sauce thankfully I didn’t swallow it.We told lady owner she did apologise & did not charge us . But with my overall experience with hygiene & food WILL NEVER GO BACK & WONT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE .
They need proper training how to handle plates, glass , cutlery etc . When owners are doing the wrong thing how can they train their staff. This shows lack of training &...

Dining at Royal Rajputana was an unforgettable experience! As a connoisseur of Rajasthani cuisine, I was thrilled to find a restaurant that truly captures the essence of this rich culinary heritage.
The star of the show was undoubtedly the Royal Rajputana Thali, a regal feast fit for kings and queens. This traditional platter showcased a delightful array of flavors, starting with the iconic daal baati. The crispy baatis and soft roti paired perfectly with the rich and flavorful daal, creating a match made in culinary heaven.
The churma, a quintessential Rajasthani sweet dish, was another highlight of the thali. Its crumbly texture and the delicate blend of ghee and jaggery created a symphony of flavors that took me back to the royal kitchens of Rajasthan. And the Halwa. Essential with Indian Hot Spicy Food.
To complement the rich flavors of the thali, Royal Rajputana served refreshing buttermilk & Raita, which provided a soothing and cooling effect to the palate. The combination of flavors was simply divine and added to the overall authenticity of the dining experience. The attention to detail extended to the accompaniments as well.
The ambiance at Royal Rajputana was also worth mentioning. The décor exuded a regal charm, with intricate Rajasthani artwork and warm lighting that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly friendly and passionate, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience...
