I used to visit this subway many years ago when I lived in Brisbane because the service and quality of food was great, something must have changed as my experience today was awful. Firstly, the general cleanliness and tidiness of the store was disgusting. There was food ALL OVER the floor and dine in tables. I was trying not to look at or think about the cleanliness of the bench in which our food was being handled. Including ourselves 3 people walked in to the store at once, a group of girls then walked in, instead of serving the person in front of us these girls were served. The person in front of us when then served and these girls then walked in again, they were then given precedence again. It took a total of 15 minutes just to have ONE of our orders taken. Despite 3 people working out the back, only one served. When it came my turn to order everything was going well until I asked for avocado, the server left to go out the back and another walked out, did not perform hand hygiene, put on a pair of gloves and asked what salads I wanted. I asked again for avocado, she wiped her nose with her glove, looked down at the empty baine and said she'd need to check out the back. Meanwhile the original server who had started serving me then started serving someone else. Eventually another server came out with a baine of avocado and asked me again what salads I would like, now for the THIRD time I asked for avocado, this time a large lump was put in the middle of my sandwich. I asked for it to be spread out. The answer I received was "well I can't because it's actually frozen". I reiterated what she said to which her response was to cut up the frozen avocado and try to put it evenly across the sub. The rest of the salads that were added to my sandwich either looked like they'd been sitting exposed for hours or were very sparing in their generosity. They then could not remember what type of sub I ordered but instead of asking me they made something up and charged me incorrectly. The server who was originally serving me who had moved on to the other customer was also coughing into her gloves throughout the entire process of making their sandwich. I genuinely don't know why or how I still went through with ordering the sandwich. It is then extremely disappointing for Subway to have such a difficult method to provide compliments or feedback. This is a breach of the ACCC guidelines. No wonder there is such terrible reviews and no improvements. You clearly cannot...

Asked 'lettuce,tomato,onion and cucumber' for salad And I could count how many pieces are there except for lettuce - even that was not enough, though.
4 slices of tomato and cucumber + dozen of onion slice for foot long Italian BMT
almost half amount of usual salad at other branches.
I asked her to give more salad and she did not see me and no reply to me, just put '1' more tomato and cucumber slice each Then, bit more of lettuce and none of onion. Asked again - Can I have more onion as well? Finally, few more slices were into.
It was shocking attitude to me and I do not understand what is in her mind. Never seen this type of persons in my life.
For sauce, one of the sauce was almost run out and it was stopped at once squeeze but she just goes to next one. why do not bring a new one?
next one is just one draw and the last one was 2 draws, thankfully.
Was there busy? Yes, There is no one behind me and Uber as well.
Definitely, no greeting from her and I realized that when I came home the bread was not cut, also.
After check out, she just gone to back kitchen. Maybe Was there heaps of buckets to prep salad? (Then, it does make sense she did not want to give me salad)

I glanced at the board but felt intimidated as the male spoke to me, urging to order, with an aggressive tone an undivided glare. It was evident that me and my partner had interrupted their conversation and my partner and myself felt as if we were intruding on a chain made specially for the purpose of good customer service and good food. During the making of my sub the staff were discussing their own personal issues in front of us leaving us in an awkward silence. Was only greeted with more glaring as I payed and not once did the staff smile at us or make us feel welcome whatsoever despite our friendly manner. The male staff member making the sub was clearly reckless with the making of it and put no care or effort into it resulting in the excess of sauce and a lack of many ingredients, many of the ingredients fell off the sub which he promptly pushed into the bin resulting in wastage I paid for ((((((((((((((((((((((DO NOT RECOMMEND)))) 2/10 LOVE SUBWAY, SERVICE OFF PUTTING.
