MK Bower cafe — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I'm a regular uber eats customer but today I decided to go in for breakfast. I was given ham although I specifically ordered a meal with no ham and verbally clarified with the waitress that it had absoultely no ham in it. She took the menu and showed me it had no ham and checked it herself. She then wrote a completely wrong order with something that had ham and didnt bother to tell me. After eating half of it before noticing and asking for help, a completely different waitress came to me while the one that messed up my order literally watching me the whole time. The new waitress that came to help kept insisting I take another order (my original one) for free which I could not trust them with at all (I took my refund and left). The waitress that messed me up watched me cry and kept coming back and forth to the table next to me to clean it up without ever apologising or explaining herself. I cant help but to think this was done on purpose since we literally spoke about me not eating ham and clarifying twice that my order had non in it using the menu. I will never order or eat at this place again. Absolutely disgusting service. Dont respect religious customers and completely disgusting and discrimantory behaviour from the...

I was looking for another restaurant in the first place…

I am not happy with the quality of foods that I received. I don’t know if it is because of the short staff or trainee or what that served me but at the time when I was there, it was not busy hours at all yet I still have to wait up to 10 mins to get serve (with the only two staff came to my table). When I got my order, the ,curry was flavourless despite that I order what they recommended (which supposedly to be their popular). Honestly, I can cook way better than that at home if I am going to pay $19 for it. Then the smoothie, when I got it, it was not cold or even chill, just room temp (the glass wasn’t even frosty like when you get a icy drink).

If it wasn’t for my quick ease meal, I wouldn’t have gone there and possibly won’t going back. I’ll go get a fish & chips next time and still will taste more better.

Went last week and ordered a Mimosa. Apparently they had run out of sparkling wine. Went there today and ordered a Mimosa again and the lady serving said “what’s that?” I had to point it out on the menu. She comes back and says we don’t have that. I said do you have sparkling wine and she said yes and I said do you have orange juice and she said yes and I said well that’s a Mimosa. Five minutes later another lady comes back over and says we don’t have sparking wine. I said right on I’ll have a white wine...oh we don’t have any white wine. I said ok what wine do you have? Out of the whole wine menu they only had a house merlot and about 2 beers off the menu available. I ordered the lamb curry and asked if there was any coriander in it, no it’s just a garnish and they can leave it off. Perfect. Five minutes later she returns oh sorry it does have coriander.
