How staff Sharon reacted to customers following on our order was rude, lowest level of courtesy and no professionalism. Whatever reaction that one staff could do to ruin customers experience combined in her, the body language , tone of voice, wording that she use to deal with the situation was inattentive, arrogant and aggressive. Staff with this attitude shouldnât deal with customers coz it reflects the value of company and you canât imagine how much this affects in each customer overall experience, in bad ways.

   Read moreWe were having a cracking day on Moreton Island until we had the pleasure of Tommy's service at the coffe lounge. Not only was he not helpful, he gave a strongly hostile feeling that, if we would have had another option, would have made us go elsewhere on principal alone.
The food was okay. Some good vegetarian options but only a chocolate mud cake option for vegans.
The food was large and filling but out of the two sandwich's my partner and I bought, we only ate one and didn't bother with the other because it was tasteless.
If it's your only choice - you will leave full, yet unsatisfied and baffled by the customer service.
