This cafe had such a beautiful ambience - no matter where you sit you can experience the warm and inviting feeling. Despite having a carpark, there is very limited parking due to the other shops nearby. Street parking can be difficult depending on when you visit; we had to walk around the block.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in, and appreciated the high level of customer service. However, when taking orders I noticed a lot of the waiters didn’t have anything to note it down, relying on memory. When giving our order, the waitress seemed a little overwhelmed and had to repeat it 3 or 4 times to make sure she had it correct. We felt by simply having a tablet or notepad, potential issues could be avoided and save alot of time!

We ordered the Lamb Melt ($16), a Nutella donut ($6) and two coffees. Coffees were overall pretty enjoyable, I liked the dark chocolate topping on my cappuccino!! We were really disappointed with our food here though. The slow cooked lamb was absolutely delicious, but the serving size was so small. It felt like we got the end bit of the sourdough and to fill the plate up Chef’s just added a large serving of super cold salad. The fried eggplant in the salad was cold and soggy, which was also unusual to us. We think the salad just wasn’t our style, so this is definitely a subjective experience. However, our donut was also underwhelming. Despite asking for it heated, it didn’t come as such… and it was noticeably a few days old. It still tasted pretty good though!

Overall, the vibe of this cafe is what would definitely bring me back. Just sitting near the open windows gave off such a great feeling, and I really appreciate the cafes dedication to providing good customer service. Would like to come back and try out some of their...

I've been an irregular here for several months now, and never had a visit that didn't improve my day. It's a great little spot, the staff are amazing, the decor is simple but really lovely, and the food is really good value. There's a bike rack, bus stop and parking for pretty universal access, a beautiful outdoor section with a nice awning and just enough plant cover to be super relaxing without being overwhelming. The staff take feedback really seriously, and it seems like they're constantly working on things to improve the experience for their customers. In all my visits, I've only had a couple issues with orders and they're immediately resolved with no trouble at all. They use some seasonal vegetables and stuff that I typically wouldn't try, like grilled green banana (think plantain, not banana), brussel sprouts, and a few others but they're always prepared well and really compliment the other flavors on the dish. They also make some really delightful desserts in-house and hand decorate them. This really is a gem of a spot, and if you're anywhere nearby its well...

The foods and coffee is great, very friendly staffs, but I want some improvement for the user experience from me visiting here twice. It is apparently table service, but there is no instruction when we enter so the user gets confused when entering. I'd rather be guided to the table, or at least some staff noticing me enter and tell me to sit wherever I want. I just get left on the table otherwise. I personally think a counter service works better: I can also see what's in the showcase, but I would like to see their prices however. In addition, there are lots flies around and I want something to be done to them to enjoy the mood.

In summary, it feels that the store is satisfied with the excellent foods and drinks but I would like for this store to have a little more thought on the overall user experience of the cafe. I hope this is constructive than just a noisy claimer. I enjoy the sweets and coffee here so I will be...

Life is fun when you watch a movie last weekend, and ever since then, you couldn’t stop thinking about the food mentioned in the movie. So you decided to search for a Cuban sandwich. You walked into this café, then realised oh no, it’s no longer on the menu. But luckily! All the staff were so friendly and nice. The chef still made the sandwich for me! I finally got to try one Cuban sandwich! And wow, it’s so satisfying with a refreshing drink on the side! Everything I need for this not-too-cold winter afternoon. I will definitely come back. I want to thank the chef, Don, and all the other staff. The world is definitely a better place because we have people who can make good food and drink.

Overall this place is super nice. I had the strawberry matcha and it was the best one I’ve had. The prices are pretty expensive though and for the cost we were disappointed that our poached eggs were hard poached not soft poached. I didn’t think I would have to specify for them to be soft poached since that’s how they usually come every where else. Hence the 3 stars for food. The cost and the eggs. It cost us $80 for 2 adult meals, 1 kids meal and 3 drinks. epic! Though I do understand the price of eating out now days has gone up. If the eggs had of been better it would have made up for the cost.
