Had been wanting to try this place since it opened as I’ve been a fan of their big sister cafe Umu Kitchen! Nestled away from the hustle & bustle inside the Tarragindi Bowls Club, you will find this beautiful cafe along with its yummy food! Great place for family & friends, parents & bubs or just for yourself to catch up on some work or a book. Undercover carpark is available, however there is limited space but street parking is also available & then a walk down the driveway to the cafe. Lift available for mobility vehicles & prams - note there are 2 sets of buttons in the lift, use the ones to the left as the other is for residents only. There is also a little play ground area back on the ground floor for the kids to play afterwards too. Loved the open area & atmosphere, will definitely be back!

Set at a retirement village in Tarragindi, this cafe is large & well presented. Only 2 wait staff & a chef to service quite a lot of patrons during lunchtime. We were seated a while before we were given menus. Our orders took ages to come out (1hr total from sitting to being served our meals). We were disappointed with the food. The lasagna wasn’t tasty & tacos weren’t as described (bao instead of soft taco). Bao was hard in parts too. Coffee was good & cakes/sweets look yummy.

Beautiful spot. Coffee by Parallel Roasters and it's been fantastic every time I've visited. The Lamb Kofta was sooo good, really tasty. I've had a fair few Almond Croissants too. Parking is a breeze and accessibility is fantastic, being that it's nestled in the retirement village. Can't believe it took me so long to visit, I live so close and it's such a brilliant venue. The team are lovely and very accommodating. Thank you

Ordered the "Big Breakfast" and was extremely disappointed with what arrived - One piece of bread, 2 eggs, I piece of overcooked Haloumi, I hash brown, a smattering of baked beans and a dollup of b-b-q sauce! Hardly what i would call a big breakfast! A big breakfast at other establishments we have visited have - 2 slices of toasted bread, 2 eggs, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, sausages, hash brown, 2 slices of haloumi, and wilted spinach or avocado. The atmosphere and service was great but someone has to rethink what a big breakfast is here! There was NO listing of the big breakfast on the menu supplied (it isn't even on the website menu) so we were unable to know what limited items were being offered. When we arrived and after looking at the menu, we had to ask the staff member whether a big breakfast was available becuase it...

I’ve been to the cafe a few times because it is a local cafe and usually the food and service have been okay but on this occasion they completely messed up the order and forgot one of the meals. We ordered halloumi as a side, but they didn’t have any and just replaced it with grilled Parmesan and didn’t bother to ask us if we wanted to swap it with another side and still charged us the full Haloumi price. When I took issue with the missed order they tried to put it back on me saying it wasn’t put on the docket but we clearly saw the waitress write it down at the time and she mustn’t have transferred it to her docket. Very disappointing and won’t...
