I am writing to express my frustration with the service I experienced at your Budgewoi location on. I attempted to order two pizzas and encountered numerous issues that made the experience unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Online App Issue: I initially tried to order a BBQ Meat Lovers pizza via your app, but the option was unavailable unless I selected the Budgewoi location. This forced me to visit the store in person to place the order. In-Store Ordering: When I arrived at the store, I requested the same deal advertised online but was informed that it was unavailable at the same price. Regardless, I placed an order for two pizzas and was told it would take 15 minutes. Order Not Processed: Upon returning after 15 minutes, I was informed that my order had not gone through for some unknown reason. I placed the order again and waited another 15 minutes, only to be asked by a third staff member what my order was, at which point I learned the order had been missed again. Overall Store Environment: It was evident that the store was severely understaffed and disorganized. The young employees, including the manager, appeared overwhelmed and lacked the skills to manage the situation effectively under pressure.
Spending over 45 minutes waiting for two simple pizzas, while watching the chaos unfold, was extremely disappointing. Mistakes happen, but this level of disarray and poor customer service is unacceptable.
I suggest that the following improvements be made: • Hire and train additional staff to handle busy periods effectively. • Ensure all employees are adequately trained to handle orders and communicate with customers. • Improve the app to ensure a seamless ordering process that matches in-store deals.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to address these issues. I would also appreciate some form of resolution for the inconvenience caused, whether that be a refund or a voucher for future orders.

Read moreThis is usually my go to for pizza, usually fast and great service and food, although tonight after tipping the driver and everything I realised I was missing part of my order, after 30+ calls I finally got through, I managed to get them to agree to send it back out instead of store credit as I rarely get pizza and they literally sent out food that had been sitting for an hour.. (took me an hour to get through after 30+ calls so probably sat alot longer than that) stone cold, less than 10 degrees C like it had been in a fridge, this is chicken we are talking about, straight in the bin as its against food standards to serve foods at that temp when it's meant to be hot chicken.. instead of poisoning people how about you look after your customers and send out fresh food 👍especially when I pay alot of money for my orders and always give a little extra to the drivers.. cannot recomend budgewoi dominoes after this terrible service.. have tried calling over 20 times since I got my cold food and nothing.. absolutely useless, go to a nice local restaurant instead 👍 you'll get better food, service & your supporting the hard...
Read moreI am a local and always get the same pizza every time I order. It is a custom order and a bit out there but they never make it correctly. Always at least 1 thing missing even though it is the exact same pizza every single time. I leave bad reviews but they just give me free pizzas when all I want is a properly made one. If I pay for toppings, I sort of expect them to be on there. And it lacking EVERY TIME I ORDER is disappointing. I understand it being maybe a bit off a few times but not everytime, especially when it is a loaded supreme with extras.. i dont feel as if it would be that hard to mess up, and they dont respect base requests (deep pan, thin, garlic cheesy, etc). I ALWAYS order garlic cheesy crust on this order and they never add the garlic. My partner works at Dominos and I know damn well it is a quick drizzle at the same time you put other sauces on....
