Went for dinner last night (Friday) and the service was an absolute shambles. Haven't had such bad service from a restaurant or pub in a while, which was so disappointing because we eat here so often and convinced half our family to join us for a celebration here as the food is always so good. We waited half hour for 3 beers to arrive, an hour for 2 cocktails and a mocktail, which came out incorrect in the end anyway! My partner ordered a medium eye fillet steak, came out well done and sauces requested were missing. Had to ask for entre' plates to be cleared as there was no room left at the table and they were trying to push mains around them, which was also significantly delayed. I understand new staff and short staffing issues but management need to find better ways to manage this. If you can not cope with table service in the restaurant side, then close it off. We were not the only ones getting annoyed. Thankfully, all the rest of the food was delicious as usual. We'll be back again because the food is good but if the service has not improved, that'll be it! You don't go out for dinner and spend over $400/$500 to receive that level of...

I ordered a delivery meal over the weekend and did not receive the correct order. Phones were down apparently for at least 2 days so couldn't get through, fair enough. But they won't even reply to my email after the fact that I sent to inform them of their error. No refund, no apology, no acknowledgement at all. (I did attach proof to the email). If delivery is difficult, take yourself off Uber Eats I suggest.
Sadly, the food I did manage to receive was quite bad too! To be fair and honest, I was extremely disgruntled when forming this opinion after trying to get in contact for some time. Never the less I believe my opinion would have been the same even if I did receive what I ordered
I waited the week out hoping I would at least get an apology or acknowledment that a mistake was made before making any posts, and have had no replies or communication at all. Feels like a big 'f%@& off' too me honestly.
I write this as someone who supports local business as best I can generally, in an attempt to try and deter you from ordering from here and give your business to someone who actually cares about their customers.

My son loves their cheeseburger meal however is very picky (meat and cheese only). I have ordered Uber eats twice in the last 1.5 weeks and both times it’s had sauce even though I select no sauce and in special notes write “meat and cheese only - no sauce” My son has gone without his burger again tonight as it comes with sauce every time. When this happened last week I phoned the restaurant non stop for an hour and not once did someone pickup the phone. Got hold of them straight away tonight but was told they are to short staff to have someone deliver the correct food. If I dined in you would still make it again so why is it any different with deliveries when I’m still a paying customer?!
