Unfortunately, my Nasi Lemak from the second rice cooker was not fully cooked. Still got a bit of raw hardness in the rice. But my friend was so lucky that his Nasi Lemak from the first rice cooker was well-cooked. The taste of the sambal was not bad. The kampung fish was freshly fried and aromatic. Both the skin on peanuts and anchovies was crunchy. The replacement of my Nasi Lemak with any chicken rice or steamed rice was not given other than a sincere apology. The laksa soup was not bad. But I felt very thirsty after the meal. Had tasted the Ipoh Ho Fun soup and the taste of the soup was not bad. My friend was upset with the non-auto-close sliding door as he was uncomfortable with the disturbing fly and the summer heat. Other friends love the Hor Fun soup, Prawn noodle soup, laksa noodles, and Kampung fish Nasi Lemak. The narrow indoor seating area was fully occupied at peak hours. The outdoor seating area was nice but not in the hot summer noon. Outdoor dinner would be ideal,...

First time trying. For the price paid I think its a pretty good value and decent malaysian dishes. The char kway teow was nice, topped with the chinese sausage and some crispy pork lard. The ipoh hor fun tasted as it should and lovely to eat. The chicken rice was also good.

Size of the meal is on the smaller side. I wish they could be a bit more generous with the portion.

Service was very friendly. Aunty looked after us really well. Food also came out fast. Place was nice and cozy. The outdoor seating was nice, good for spring/autumn weather, but tables are rather small.

All in all was a nice experience and I would recommend anyone looking for some hearty...

A hidden treasure! Absolutely amazing Malaysian Restaurant! The owner is the kindest person who was very friendly and made such lovely conversation with us. The food was delicious, it came out quickly and it was very good sized portions too which was great. We had the curry laksa, honey chicken with rice and vegetarian spring rolls. Beautiful authentic flavours and we felt very welcomed and looked after. We walked away feeling so happy and appreciative for such a wonderful lunch, not just the amazing food but the kindness of the owner. Will...

Very small shop tucked away in the tiny row of shops on canna drive. No road frontage but it was packed for a Sunday arvo. Got ipoh kway teow, Assam laksa, sweet sauce chee cheong fun and prawn noodle soup. The KT had a nice wok hei and the other dishes were all splendid as well. Had an extended wait time due to the crowd but it's nice to have a good solid hawker place close to home like this. Would definitely recommend.
