Yesterday i.e. on 23rd Dec 2021, myself and my friend went to have dinner at Parivaar. When we reached there around 6:10 PM, there was no air conditioning running. I requested the girl at counter to start the air conditioning. She reluctantly switched it on with setting on 22 deg C. We ordered some starters and literally sweating while eating our starter. We requested the girl if she could reduce the temperature setting of the air con which she refused to do so telling us that the water will start dripping. Then, we requested her to reduce the temperature setting of the second aircon so that we could at least enjoy the food. The girl at counter didn't change the setting of that aircon as well. We then requested her to call the owner of the restaurant. After several requests, owner came to us. We inormed him that it's very hot inside his restaurant and people sitting on the next table were also using menu card to cool them down. They also complaint for the same reason. When finally requested to reduce the temperature setting below 22 C the owner said this is the best they could provide. We asked him that it's difficult to eat any food while you are literally sweating, he asked us to leave his restaurant if we have issues with the cooling of his restaurant. That was a great shocking statement from a owner of a restaurant who is in a hospitality industry. I have never come across any restaurant owner who was so rude. We left the restaurant immediately never to go back to this restaurant again. Wouldn't recommend anyone this restaurant. I didn't any option less than one star otherwise I would have...

So we like to take the outside table and was sitting for a while, no response from the staff, so I went to the reception and told her we were sitting out, can you pls tell me how to order. She said, we have only one 6 seat left, may be if 6 people comes we need it so you take this 2 available tables. I said it is under the aircon, children felt very cold and the other table also messy. She spoke with other staff and told me, that 6 seater was booked already, you have to leave that table. I can feel she is telling lie. I asked her, then why there is no sign for reserved, she said when we are busy we don't keep the sign. I asked her, you want us to move fromthat place, that's why you are telling me this, she said 'yes'. I was shocked snd left the restaurant. I don't mind if they try to clean the mess and give us that table. But staff was so rude, they don't try to give us the right place. Went to Delhi 6 in canningvale then, got a...
Read moreI would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and owners of this place for the most generous hospitality Ive encountered in a while! About 2wks ago my sister, niece and I were on our way back home from a most stressful day (around 9pm). I stopped in after I saw the flashing Open sign. I was informed that they were actually closed but had the sign going as patrons still in restaurant. As we were absolutely famished- I asked if any leftovers. They said they needed to check with kitchen staff- they actually came back with my most favourite dishes. When we opened up we realised they gave us an added sauce for no charge! The food was exceptional! But the customer service and kindness was essentially what stuck out the most. They were well in their rights to say "Sorry the kitchen closed" - instead they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after- all while smiling! I will not forget the kindness showed here and will be recommending this restaurant to others. I wish this business every success- and again Thank you for looking out for us...
