I had a deeply disappointing experience at Taco Bell in Canning Vale and feel compelled to share my concerns. As someone with dietary restrictions due to severe dairy allergies, I was hoping the advertised vegan options would provide a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was charged $27 for what amounted to warm beans in a wrap, another wrap with lettuce and beans, and nachos that came completely dry—no sauce, no cheese, no toppings. This wasn’t a cohesive meal, and it lacked flavor. If vegan options are going to be offered, they should at least resemble a complete dish and justify their cost. This felt like an afterthought, not a proper menu item. When I placed my order, I asked the staff about vegan cheese and sauces, but the person taking my order admitted she wasn’t sure and only marked the order as “vegan.” This lack of knowledge left me uncertain about what I was even going to receive. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was met with hostility by the manager, Olivia. Instead of providing an apology or resolution, she argued with me extensively, even as I made it clear that I didn’t want to engage in a debate. At one point, she held the refund in her hands but refused to hand it over until I listened to her explanation. I found this behavior unprofessional and uncomfortable. A simple acknowledgment of the issue and an apology would have gone a long way. To make matters worse, the entire process—including waiting for my food—took 30 minutes. This is far too long for a fast food establishment, especially with two small children waiting in the car. I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others. I hope Taco Bell Canning Vale takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both their vegan offerings and their customer service.

I am want to raise a concern regarding my recent order placed on 13th June. Firstly, the Cheesy Swirls had an unusually high amount of spicy masala, which we’ve never experienced before. This was especially disappointing as our kids usually enjoy them, but found them too spicy this time. Secondly, the chocolate sauce that normally comes with the churros was missing, which unfortunately has become a recurring issue. Additionally, we received only two churros instead of the usual three in one pack. We enjoy Taco Bell regularly, but this experience was below the usual standard. I hope this can be looked into and steps are taken to ensure better consistency.

Yum! I saw the Taco Bell a few months ago while it was still building, and I was so excited, because it was kind of like a Starbucks was built in PERTH. Starbucks - Perth. Two words that DONT go together. American food chains - Perth. NOPE. Yeah so ANYWAYSSSS.. I wanted to go for soooo long, but finally i did! The set with stacked tortilla chips, a crunchy taco, a soft taco, a quesadilla, and a wrap was $26.99. As you can see in the photos, the paper is a huge waste:( it was kind of depressing. The paper was THICK and it was 3 times bigger than what it holds. It was a decent lunch meal. I kinda recommend if you like fast-food type mexican meals. :P

My family and I came here to enjoy an early dinner tonight, and were left very unimpressed. We walked into the restaurant to see that it was very quiet, but there were dirty tables all around, bins overflowing and staff just standing around doing nothing. We proceeded to place and pay for our order: 2x chicken boss burrito boxes, 1x beef boss burrito box, 1x chicken boss burrito meal, and a side of cinnamon twists (4:30pm), totalling over $70. At 4:53pm, I grabbed the order from the front desk (no table serice), which had all been stuffed into one single overflowing bag of food and asked for the drink cups separately after clearly being forgotten by staff (which dont even come with lids). After reaching the table, I looked through the bag and all the chips were cold, soggy and tipped over in the bag, the taco meat had so much water that the shells had gone completely soggy, soaked through the wrapper and leaked all throughout the bag, and we were missing a burrito to go along with the other three smushed into the bottom, with no labels to tell us what each one was. I returned back to the counter and told the staff about the problems, just to get some confused looks and hesitated action before they asked for the bag back so they could fix it, with no recognition of mistakes or apologies at all. At 5:07pm, they returned with the replacement (once again all squished into one bag) and we took all the items out once again with the seemingly-fresh chips tipping over on top, the luke warm burritos squished at the bottom (only one was hot and fresh), and this time missing a beef taco and cheese sauce. I returned to the counter to tell them there was still a missing taco and cheese sauce and waited once again for the missing taco, just to get a cracked shell that fell apart while eating it. Despite ordering one beef burrito, we received all chicken burritos which were all warm, mushy and unappetizing, but after 40 minutes of waiting we werent bothered asking for anymore useless help and ate it anyway, all while the customer to my left had walked in, ordered, received their order quickly and in an actual BOX within 10 minutes. To top it all off, I couldnt even wash my hands properly because the soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom. Considering how inflated the prices are, I expected far better quality of food and service. The staff needs proper customer service and food preparation training, and as someone that has been in the hospitality industry for over 4 years, this is truly appaling. I will definitely not be returning and do not recommend...

tldr: overpriced but good.

Ordered a cheesy double decker taco and it was pretty good although for a fast food restaurant that pays 15 year olds like $12/hour, $7 for a taco is over priced. Fries were okay, could use more salt and the drinks have unlimited refills so why would there be a regular and large size for a different price? A huge problem happened when I was charged for the chips and drink separately rather than in a meal which would save $3. The problem is when I got the refund the manager gave me the refund in cash even though I used my card to pay. If someone had a stolen credit card, purchased food and refunded it immediately and received cash then when the actual card owner asks taco bell "hey my card was used here can I get a refund?" but taco bell gave it to the scammer in cash then the store has a huge issue because the scammer has effectively withdrawn money without using a pin code.

Also there was a large line and only one employee at the register despite there being 2 so clearly they don't have enough staff despite opening less than a week ago. And on top of that the drive thru was blocked with cones which doesn't make sense because it couldn't be broken since the store is brand new and if it wasn't ready for opening then why did the store open?

The store has toilets and outdoor seating but something I noticed is that they clearly hired an imbecile to design the layout of the restaurant. If there are more than 5 people in line it goes to the entrance which blocks access to the toilets and to people who sat down and want to pick up their orders. Another stupid design problem is that the kitchen is located 3 or 4 metres from the register so they have to get one employee to walk over each and every order and stand there waiting for the customer who has one of those wireless beeping things to come. I don't know why they wouldn't just use order numbers and shout those out because the restaurant is already so small. There is nothing that indicates where you are to pick up your order so customers take a while to get there and god forbid there's 2 orders ready at once because there's no where to put the completed orders next to...
