Also told earlier in evening none were working so everyone was told to use auto menu board Well when that happens to me I walk, service is bad now and soon be no staff. Place is often dirty. One whole section was closed off as chairs were packed in that area. Friend had instant $5 discount voucher. Well he presented it and was told to redeem on line? I looked for him at the McD app to see " the rules & regulations" however couldn't find them and most reviews said how bad the app is and monopoly especially. Service at McD's statewide seems to have gone downhill rapidly as they move to automation which means NO STAFF and less jobs. How's this for a rip off. Got a VM ( value meal) but asked for a frozen coke instead of normal coke but was charged an adjustment upwards of 90c the frozen coke at full price is $1 and the normal coke YES DEARER! So what was value about that meal unless you were the franchise owner the customer got ripped off,pure and simple. Not dirty now October 2022 but still only one cash register and slow service. Always new staff and often they lack training or they blame the system for incorrectly recording order . We were over charged $7.55 on the order . Going to Macca's, used to be an affordable experience, but being charged just over $30, for a midnight snack, for 2 people, has put my visits on hold, indefinitely! Oh yeah, my order included 2 x large, soda dispensing machine, lemonades @ $4.95 each! Nearly half the total cost of my order! 😬 And don't get me started on the burgers! Which are so ridiculously overpriced, for very little fininess & totally devoid of any real evidence, of value for money! Should I crave a real hamburger, I have started supporting a local Casino business, 'Lemo's', whom create a perfectly crafted "Truckie-Burger", CONSISTENTLY, & charge a price, you will happily pay, for a top-quality product! 😋 Macca's used to be a happy experience, but now, I become more & more disappointed, with each visit, & feel sad that no decent burgers are no longer served... Read morecame here for a snack along the road trip and waited at least fifteen minutes for our food. we ordered two small burger meals. there was nine visible staff at least, not including drive through and it was the most depressing place to exist. one of the staff members was swearing loudly about the trays not being filled up and very nasty. after fifteen minutes of waiting you would expect hot chips, but the ones we got were cold, soggy, and not even salted. there was maybe three customers in the shop and they were still so slow and just standing there gossiping, like high schoolers, we asked for fresh chips and the blonde shift manager snapped at us saying they were three staff down and being sarcastic. when they bought our fresh chips out she dumped the tray down on the table and said i’ll just leave them here for you rudely and walked off. 🙄 i’ve been to cemeteries more...
