Pancho's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Clare

I ate here today. They were out of my first choice. I ordered a mug of flat white coffee, asking specifically for no froth and a chicken burger which came with chips. The coffee came with froth. I had finished it well before my meal. I didn't complain. However when my meal came, the chips were not just cool they were cold. I asked for a replacement and received hot chips that were so overcooked they were crispy. Obviously the cook doesn't like people to complain and clearly doesn't respect his/her customers. They probably won't learn anything either from my verbal request for hot chips, or from this review. The burger was OK but certainly not worth the $21.90 I paid. I also had to get up from my meal and find a serviette which was not provided at the table. They are taking advantage of being the only take away in Clare. I will be working really hard to avoid...

Placed an order in store around 6:10pm and told the cashier that I was going to pop down to the local shop and pop back after for it.

When I arrived back about 20 minutes later I asked to see how things were going to find that they hadn't started at all. And for some unknown reason the cashier had put not to start my order until 7pm. They also overcharged me $10 on my order. When I showed them I was refunded my $10.

I understand that it was a busy night however I still find it rather annoying that this happened and that they didnt do anything about this mistake. I ended up waiting until 7:15 for the food.

As far as the pizza went I had 5 hungry kids and 3 adults waiting. Most the kids didn't like it. The parents said it wasn't bad, but wasn't good either.

Very very average food. Probably one of the worst take away we have had in years. Menu seems to have impressive range of food and the venue seems nice and respectable. The food tho.... wow.... Chicken was burnt and very dry ,chips undercooked, yet soaked with oil as the temp was too low. Even the veggies half raw And zero seasoning. Gravy was ok, fairly watery tho. Very disappointing. Pretty basic meal so not getting a schnitzel and chips right, is a bit of a worry. Nice people are the counter, but terrible food. Never again unfortuneatly. Step it up and get a chef that actually cares about what their cooking. Zero love in the food.
