Me and my husband were passing threw Cowra and they wanted coffee so we had stoped a polite young lady who told us to come visit you guys cause you guys are the best in town so we stepped in the shop orders to coffee and a pie and then another lady was waiting behind us to be served and my husband is middle eastern and had asked the young girl who was working today for two suragas then the lady behind us said I think this is hilarious and the young lady agreed and laughed with her I don’t understand how asking for to surges is so funny and for the lady who worked there with filthy looks on her face and laughing with the other racist lady I think It’s appalling and people wounder why people like us don’t stop all we wanted was coffee but if you are brown and your English is not great and you are from a different part of the world or even in aus don’t bother coming to this coffee shop cause they just laugh at you and give...

Great little bakery. Fresh food, happy faces and I love that they are keeping our cash society alive (only accept cash👍) The Potato pie wasn't sloppy and had lovely pastry. The eclair was beautiful (so I am told by hubby- I didn't get to taste it lol) with fresh cream. My Quiche Lorraine was beautiful with a fresh salad- I loved it, because it was FRESH, and wasn't loaded with capsicum and onion🤮. Had a curry pie, and custard tart.

Both were of exceptional quality.

I would have made the curry pie a bot hotter, but that's just me - I'm a chilli and curry head from way back. It was certainly on the mark for a country bakery. Mince good quality. Pastry cooked nicely, beautiful flaky top.

Custard tart was a delight to see a properly made baked custard. Simply delicious!!!! Pasty also cooked nicely, perfect texture and hardness/crumb.

Staff were very friendly and engaging.
