Subway — Restaurant in Cowra

I had a really frustrating experience here. I ordered my child a cheese and tomato jaffle, the same order he's had from every other subway location we've attended. The jaffle comes standard with Mayo, when I asked the staff to put sauce she refused, I offered to pay extra just so my son could have the sandwhich the way he likes it and she still refused. I pulled up the subway website menu which clearly shows the sandwhich comes with Mayo, she still refused and my son left crying and refused to eat his sandwhich. I'm sure this was at the direction of a manager or franchisee as a cost cutting measure and not the young girls fault but it's really was a very horrible customer...

I was thinking I should rate 4 stars but there is a worker, I think his name is Edward, he is kind of quiet and maybe a little shy, he is the reason I'd rate 5 stars, favourite person at subway, I always leave happy when I am served by him. Please don't ever leave subway mate 🙏 Rating all depends on what workers are on shift, there are a few good workers there who make nice subs but there are also a couple who have no care and you walk away massively disappointed and annoyed to pay for a sub so...

Staff with a couple of exceptions need to undertake a course in customer service. Management need to employ more staff as the waiting times for service are generally not acceptable. Food is good but the atmosphere and service are dismal. Perhaps a reflection on...
