I had a really frustrating experience here. I ordered my child a cheese and tomato jaffle, the same order he's had from every other subway location we've attended. The jaffle comes standard with Mayo, when I asked the staff to put sauce she refused, I offered to pay extra just so my son could have the sandwhich the way he likes it and she still refused. I pulled up the subway website menu which clearly shows the sandwhich comes with Mayo, she still refused and my son left crying and refused to eat his sandwhich. I'm sure this was at the direction of a manager or franchisee as a cost cutting measure and not the young girls fault but it's really was a very horrible customer...
