Cafe Momo — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

every single time ive gon to this cafe with a few people, they have managed to get every order wrong...and what a surprise the same thing happened today. went for breaky and the waitress managed to get 3 out our 7 orders right. Thsoe of us who had wrong orders given to us (becasue askign for anything extra on top of just eggs and toast is too much to handle), were treated with a very rude attitude from a girl who seems to think that it was our fault that she wrote down all the worng things. But even so we agreed to eat what she had brought out, but also requested that she please bring out the extras we had originally asked for, to which whcih she grunted with disgust. In the end when we went up to pay she proceeded to continue her grudge against us and asked for someone else to serve us as she went about stomping around the cafe. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD...

First time hearing of the business and I recommend the team find a better platform or way to express their business’ voice. The front façade is very unique and partly added to my misunderstanding of your actually being a cafe rather than a childcare or artist services centre. Clever use of the space within and this is shown by the large rear deck, ample seating in dining room and entry space for awaiting your takeaway etc. Good looking pastries in the cabinet and nice smell of beans making coffee upon entry. Pricier food menu items than expect by those that we ordered were good and the coffee was alright too! Find away the team can build a better atmosphere through engaging with customers or having the kitchen slightly more open for visitors to see the action happening. Cheers for the...

Really thought of getting a decent breakfast so stepped into Cafe Momo as Ive always seen this place busy. Friendly team welcomes and gets you seated.

Here comes the food and coffee.

So we ordered a cappucino and a weak soy latte with caramel.

Soy latte was extra strong obviously couldnt taste anything. Person taking order kept calling the weak strength as double and kept correcting but still had the wrong make.

Food 🤦‍♀️ almost empty plates. Over poached eggs with avocado and bread. Not enough food or quality for the price asked. Other cafe around belconnen for a lower price offer way higher quantity and quality of the same dish.

Also got Blueberry pancakes without ice cream. Dry completely like not even maple syrup.
