I’m writing this review in the hopes that the owners will see this and consider this. Almost of your customers are students, you are located in a University, we are struggling, please consider this. I speak for everyone, every student I’ve spoken to feels this way. Please lower your prices as they are unreasonable at times, all of your specials on the board are always over $20, there are no student deals throughout the week. You don’t have to make everything cheap, but you could have some special items like $10 sandwiches, $10 stir-fry, the possibilities are endless and you will still make money. I paid $22 for noodles on a plate and it could have been $15 for the portion size. Make a large batch, advertise it, students will come for the deal. I can’t come here and spend less than $20 apart from getting a toastie which isn’t even good to be honest, it was stale white bread and not toasted properly, use sourdough, add some butter, salt, pepper etc. $10.50 for a mango frappe?? Edit: HEAPS better since the new owners took over. Staff are actually friendly now! And the food, while still a bit pricey, actually have more variety and creativity to it. The ladies at the counter remember their customers, always greet you with a smile, and do their best to help the customers. While I often value food over service, this exceptional attention to service needs to be commended. It has bolstered Mizzuna's image in my eyes and I will be frequenting this establishment...
