This "Owner" plainly, cares very little for your "dining" or outdoor experience. His greed and Confidence Artist vibe radiates from him while "you question your own expectations While wasting my time after forgetting he had asked me to come in on a Wednesday at 3pm to play for obvious reasons to be paid very little. On Sunday I shared a disgusting meal with someone who had purchased it from what I thought was the Market. No it was apparently some PAD TAI concoction, the only reason I tried to ask if he needed a guitarist, was to play in proximity to the market. His attitude was bad enough that I asked him "Is this just a long way of U trying to tell me, to go!? after forgetting, "no" he then literally took a call Infront of me, arguing with the person that he hadn't received an email then said "It wasn't my fault if it went to my junkmail". To send home a struggling Musician after forgetting he had told them to come in, then after humiliation me to play on command for his pleasure, then ignore me by taking phone calls. I truly think after expressing genuine effort to be of assistance for not much in return, THIS IS A PLACE YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO, also it is basically a function based business, so don't make any mistakes and watch your things and rounding up and cancellation fees as I am positive this Man runs this shoebox business like he is the new reincarnation of something that sound...
Read moreLovely owner (I think?) who welcomed us (a party of 7) with no booking and whose service was friendly and efficient. I asked if I could have my green chicken curry without eggplant, garlic and onion and he said that was no problem. It was absolutely delicious. That lemongrass, comforting, flavoursome experience when the first mouthful hit my mouth was soo yum. Fresh ingredients superbly balanced despite the absence of ingredients I can’t eat. I was really appreciative of this because Thai food has garlic and onion in it so those restaurants who accommodate for those with food intolerances/allergies are friends of mine already. The restaurant, which filled up very quickly, had a cosy, easy vibe. The owner kept his positive, chill yet efficient attitude up and has a friendly personality. It lives up to its name in food and especially the service....
Read moreThe food was fine and people seemed nice but honestly, who charges $22 for veg curry and then adds an extra $4(!!!) for 4 pieces of tofu added in (=$26) when a chicken curry is only $22?? Makes no sense for vegetarians. Wont return.
In response to the reply below: Not sure why the costs of vegetables and tofu cause the increase but not chicken... Would have thought that if you needed to increase prices the vegetarian option would not overtake a meat option. If you want to attract the vegetarian market (which is a significant one), I would increase the meat prices along with the veg ones so we dont feel financially punished for our...
