First up, the food es muy bueno, no problem there and it's why we eat there semi-regularly. We prefer to order via the app, so that we don't have to line up and go through the Q&A process. Problem is, their system sucks. 80% of the time we rock up and they aren't even aware an order via the app has come in. They check their little printer and there it is, our order sitting there for 20 minutes without being noticed. Most likely a management issue, they need to sort this basic stuff out and get a system that works. Have me two beef burritos (when I wanted veg) charged me for a large nachos and extra beef (ordered a small plain Nachos for 5.90). Gave me cash to my hand and said don't worry about it and I had to manually tally up the numbers.

Check your sales numbers today. For anyone going their double check your order. You may have been over charged.
