Domino's Pizza Fyshwick — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

I had a large order for a teen party to be delivered to an out of the way location. I called the day before and clarified this was firstly possible. When I called back the following day not only did the same person answer the phone but he remembered exactly who I was! (Bonus points) I placed the order and paid over the phone (strangely the price he told me ended up being $5 more when I checked my credit card statement- cc fees?) Anyway, the delivery arrived ahead of time and the pizzas were devoured. I’ve never bought from dominos before (Crust was always my go to). Domino's app offer the option car park delivery so you park the car they bring out to your car so I accepted the option has I didn't want to go inside I parked the car near window guy says window broken so won't open I said ok bring pizza out and instead he keeps saying window broken I need to go inside I said no bring out as I have chosen carpark delivery and I wasn't wearing a mask so can't go inside he then ignores me for 5 min so I call the shop then he brings out and whinges about coming out and no carpark delivery why offer the option if you can't do it at least he could have said no problem give me 5 min I will bring out as courtesy seems the service has gone downhill since last time I been here from the...

Really disappointed with the pizza I received. Was close to stone cold and arrived 15 Minutes after my requested time as another delivery was being made on the way. Cheesy garlic bread has most of the cheese under the actual bread. Best thing of the order was the drinks which were at least cold. To top it off I get a voucher for a free garlic bread with an expiry date of a week - really? Won’t be using that because I don’t order pizza every week and after getting a cold pizza I’m not sure I’ll bother ordering again, which is a pity cause I usually like...
