The coffes is appauling the absolute worst dregs from the bottom of the drip trays it tastes like.Its bitter and cold these people have it in thier heads that the coffe should be "standard" of when everyone knows that standard is too cold.and the sugar is some fancy crappy organic crap that aint even sweet.The sauasage rolls are appauling cold sweaty chunky give you reflux all day made me sick because it was that cold i got poisoned by it (im aa actual real chef) the staff have zero knowledge of food obviously, the pies are all sauce and no meat but the pastries are o.k thats the one thing they havent failed on.Except the chocolate croissants they are bitter crappy dry and oover priced.Can have the best service in the world but whats the point if the food is terrible.The whole facade of the organic down to earth "farmer" gate is a lie this place...

Made with drinking chocolate and powdery in texture. Most disappointing was that it was served in plastic with a plastic lid even though I was eating in. The paper straw doesn't offset that. Sauce also served in plastic. Both marked compostable but given how long that takes avoidance would be far better. Whatever happened to a squirt of sauce on the sausage roll or plate? And drinking out of actual glasses or a mug. Didn't buy one today but I'm a definite fan of their almond croissant. Next time I'll decline sauce (unless they'll squirt some in the plate) and have the croissant...

The server did not speak but stood next the warmer containing the sausage rolls to indicate that there were several to choose from. I said I wanted just a plain sausage roll. I told him I'd be at a table outside. The only thing he said to me was '$16.50'. No 'please' or 'thank you'. He eventually came out with a takeaway, warm coffee - not even hot and a sausage roll in a cardboard box. I wouldn't have worried but two men were sitting at the other outdoor table with coffee in a real cup and a plate. I wondered why mine was served in cardboard.
