   Read moreI went The Bloom today, and Iâd previously ordered a pulled pork burger there on a Saturday, which was absolutely delicious. The pork was shredded, well-seasoned, and had a great texture. However, today is Sunday, and the usual chef wasnât there. Instead, someone else made the burger, and it was a complete letdown. There was no shredded pork at all; instead, they just put two dry, tough, and flavorless pieces of pork in the bun. It wasnât a pulled pork burger at all. Plus, being a Sunday, they charged an extra surcharge, but the quality just wasnât there.
