Aao Jee, a gastronomic delight, left me with a nuanced impression after a recent dining experience. The restaurant showcases an array of culinary delights that skillfully blend flavors and textures, making it a haven for food enthusiasts seeking an authentic dining experience.
The spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, coupled with a delightful ambiance, creates an inviting setting for patrons. From intimate dinners to larger gatherings, Aao Jee's aesthetic appeal adds a positive layer to the overall dining atmosphere.
However, where the restaurant shines in gastronomy, there exists an opportunity for improvement in the realm of table service and etiquette. While the waitstaff generally displays attentiveness, there were instances of delays and a lack of proactive communication, aspects that are pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience.
In addressing these concerns, it is worth noting that providing formal training to the waiting staff could be a transformative step. With a structured training program emphasizing prompt and efficient service, coupled with enhanced communication skills, Aao Jee could elevate its overall service standards to match the excellence of its cuisine.
Moreover, imparting a formal touch to the staff's manners would contribute significantly to creating a consistently positive and polished customer interaction. A refined and courteous approach is key to leaving a lasting impression on patrons and aligning with the restaurant's commitment to providing a top-tier dining experience.
In conclusion, Aao Jee stands as a culinary gem with the potential for refinement in its service domain. By investing in formal training for the waiting staff and emphasizing polished manners, the restaurant can bridge the gap between exceptional cuisine and impeccable service, ensuring a harmonious and memorable dining experience for its...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreQuick to take your money but slow to deliver the food. I wanted to try the new restaurant which opened up close by. I called at 8:30pm ordering 5 different entrees with no coriander garnish. Over an hour later we had not received the delivery and we had not been advised of any delays. I called to follow up on the order they advised that a driver will be leaving in 2 mins with the food. 15 mins later still hadnāt received the order . I called back and they advised that the food was still being prepared and that a driver would be leaving in 2 mins. Ironic because I was told that already. When driver was on his way I received a call saying apologies for the delay as a result we give you some pappadums. Really? Pappadums were not gonna cut it. Maybe a drink or something of actual value (for next time other customers) anyways long story short food received was cold in particular the chicken dish, all entrees full of coriander garnish despite requesting none of it. The fried fish was absolutely disgusting. Was tasteless and of no Indian spice whatsoever. Fillet of fish from McDonalds has more flavour. Oh by the way those papadums that were complimentary were not even cooked through and the oil hadnāt even been drained. On a positive note 3 of 5 entrees were decent. Gobi Manchurian, Samosa Chaat, Aloo Tikki. Quantity decent and taste were at least a 7/10. So many Indian restaurants having opened up in the area I was most excited about this being so close to home but would have to say itās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday i visited with my parents and 6 weeks old baby and wife. We were wanting to sit at the corner table so that it could not have been any trouble to another guests bcz we needed more corner space as my father is using a walker and we had a pram.
But the staff ( usually i think girls who manage counter services ) denied us to sit there as that was 6 chairs table and we were 4 adults with one child. Imp. Thing was that the restaurant was nt busy and tables were not occupied those were vacant.
We were very disappointed.
Moreover we come from Perisher to canberra every week for dinner a whole family⦠we are sticked to Chatkaaz ,gravy n more and Dining club bcz they are far better and absolutely perfect what people expect.
This was our last time when we visited Aao jee.
It was very noisy , delay services inside , Asked to bring tea with food as we were tired of all day driving , They served the tea after 40-42 minutes of order.
We also ordered spring rolls , expecting like good one , but what they did , they served just the frozen one fried , which we have plenty of at our store already.
The things they have in menus are not offering or made of by them selves , they just cook frozen packed company food snd serve which we have available in indian stores and coles.
Very bad experience⦠wastage of moneyā¦
Staff should be guided and trained more. As their dealing is not polite just except one...
