Coffee Guru Bonner — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

Really disappointed with the taste of the coffee every time i have visited this place. It is surely not the beans but inexperienced or over confident staff with zero customer service skills. Today this turban guy told me that my way of ordering the coffee is wrong because i asked him for Spicy oat dirty chai, and he surely understood the order butttt trying to show his oversmartness, he goes like you don't say that, it is dirty chai, dude i am telling you the flavour i want. It would be great if he work on his coffee skills then correcting...

I usually enjoy stopping by local cafes, but unfortunately my experience at Coffee Guru Bonner was disappointing. I had to wait far too long just for a simple coffee, even though the cafe wasn't particularly busy at the time. There didn’t seem to be much urgency from the staff, and no one acknowledged the delay. The place was great, loved all the staff and the food was awesome.

It was recently bought out, they replaced all the staff and now they have a diffuser that makes the place smell like flowers.

I come to a Cafe to enjoy a meal. The overpowering smell of the diffuser absolutely ruined it though.

Food is worse, seems to have cut down on portions and the amount of sauce on the tradie roll (the main reason we go there.)
