Firstly, the food is excellent, no complaints here. The service though could use some work.

We were sat near the window which on the immediate other side were ~5 children aged 7-12 who were going absolutely berserk which the staff did not acknowledge or do anything about. These kids were not in the parking lot but where the outdoor tables would be and really impacted our experience. We ended up asking to move tables but even on the other side of the restaurant they were clearly audible.

Potentially as a result of the fact we moved but for most parts of the process we were asked the same questions multiple times by different waiters/waitresses while being ignored for extended periods of time for other parts (clearing table, having our order taken). Being sat right next to the pass makes this doubly disappointing as we were walked by many, many times with clear entrée plates. This could be forgiven on a busy night but if the staff have time to chat to each other about non work topics I'm sure they have time to clear our table and call for mains.

I'm not a fan of work environments that encourage "time to lean, time to clean" type cultures but for the price you pay here I think it's fair to expect a level of service that reflects a decent level of customer care and organisation. If there's not a system already in place where each table has a dedicated server then there really should be and there should be a manager who is confident enough in themselves to maintain a peaceful environment.

Overall food was excellent but I don't know if I'll be back as you can achieve a similar food quality elsewhere for similar prices but with better service and without out of control children of staff/other patrons yelling...

So to say that our dining experience last night was a disappointment is an understatement.

I have celiac disease and let the staff know the moment we sat down.

I was super excited as they had so many gluten free options, told me, yes, there dishes are safe for celiacs and advised they have a separate fryer for GF dishes.

Entrees came out and were delicious.

Mains came out, both dishes noted gluten on the menu.

As I was told it was safe I didn’t think much of it, assuming that all was ok and tucked in. After having a few bites and thought better of it and asked the waiter what the meal was sitting on only to be told it was flat bread and it wasn’t gluten free! Their excuses was they were short staffed and it may have not been communicated. They never came back to check on me after the second meal was served.

To all staff at Anatolia, you are dealing with people’s lives. Allergies and dietary restrictions are no joke. I have been extremely sick all day and will be for the rest of the week.

We had such high hopes as the atmosphere was stunning and the service started out amazing.

Please please please take more care and...

Wow. Just wow. Came out here in hopes of a proper Turkish breakfast having heard that it just opened. To begin with, the service was very attentive. Our server was super friendly, giving us suggestions, making us feel like at home, and attending to our every need. This place exemplifies the words 'service' and 'hospitality', no half measures here. As for the food, what can I say, it was phenomenal. We had the Anatolia Big Breakfast (a.k.a kahvaltı for those who know) and the spread of food was fantastic (various fruits, multiple olive and feta varieties, four jams, fresh gozleme, hot bread, eggs with sucuk, haloumi, veggies, fresh juice, Turkish tea and Turkish coffee). This truly is the breakfast of champions. Everything was so delicious, and you could really see that extraordinary effort was put into making a divine breakfast. Not only that, but at a very reasonable price, too. Beats any 'scrambled eggs on toast' cafe. Highly recommend this place, it is an absolute gem, and will be...

Came for a brunch, got there late, accepted the request from a friend to try the Sea Flood platter (for 4), and what a great sequence of chance that end up with one of the best sea food experiences we had in Canberra in the last 10 years. The place is quiet, easy to find and free parking (gotta love these hidden gems in Canberra that gladly keep you away from Civic). The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. The timing was great. The price is not for a frequent meal (~$100/pp). The experience was great (also having good friends helped). The dessert was good, plus expresso coffee and Turkish tea. We'll be back and highly recommend this Sea Food platter. Since the closure of Maestral (Weston Creek) we were a bit orphan for a great sea food option, but this excelled our expectations.

Had a great time. This place is a real gem in Tuggeranong and while it’s not “fine dining” it’s very close and without a doubt the classiest resteraunt in Tuggeranong. Service and food was top tier, they fit out is lovely too. Support this place so it stays. Very nice addition to the food landscape in Tuggeranong and hopefully the beginning of a shift to quality food joints outside the inner north & south. Some things I wasn’t crazy about but did not detract from my experience: Parking can be hard. They put a packet of wet wipes on the table to clean your hands after touching food. The idea is good the execution of that detracts from the higher end dining experience.

Absolutely stellar in every aspect! Right from the start, you're enveloped in a warm, homely ambiance. The hospitality is exceptional, making you feel like a welcomed guest. The culinary delights are beyond words – incredibly flavorful and freshly crafted. I had never experienced Mediterranean cuisine before, and now I'm a devoted fan. We make it a point to visit every chance we get, and we've even converted our friends into Anatolia enthusiasts. Recommending Anatolia is an understatement – it's a must-visit! Gratitude to Anatolia for introducing me to the wonderful world of Mediterranean food!
