Firstly, the food is excellent, no complaints here. The service though could use some work.
We were sat near the window which on the immediate other side were ~5 children aged 7-12 who were going absolutely berserk which the staff did not acknowledge or do anything about. These kids were not in the parking lot but where the outdoor tables would be and really impacted our experience. We ended up asking to move tables but even on the other side of the restaurant they were clearly audible.
Potentially as a result of the fact we moved but for most parts of the process we were asked the same questions multiple times by different waiters/waitresses while being ignored for extended periods of time for other parts (clearing table, having our order taken). Being sat right next to the pass makes this doubly disappointing as we were walked by many, many times with clear entrée plates. This could be forgiven on a busy night but if the staff have time to chat to each other about non work topics I'm sure they have time to clear our table and call for mains.
I'm not a fan of work environments that encourage "time to lean, time to clean" type cultures but for the price you pay here I think it's fair to expect a level of service that reflects a decent level of customer care and organisation. If there's not a system already in place where each table has a dedicated server then there really should be and there should be a manager who is confident enough in themselves to maintain a peaceful environment.
Overall food was excellent but I don't know if I'll be back as you can achieve a similar food quality elsewhere for similar prices but with better service and without out of control children of staff/other patrons yelling...

I have celiac disease and let the staff know the moment we sat down.
I was super excited as they had so many gluten free options, told me, yes, there dishes are safe for celiacs and advised they have a separate fryer for GF dishes.
Entrees came out and were delicious.
Mains came out, both dishes noted gluten on the menu.
As I was told it was safe I didn’t think much of it, assuming that all was ok and tucked in. After having a few bites and thought better of it and asked the waiter what the meal was sitting on only to be told it was flat bread and it wasn’t gluten free! Their excuses was they were short staffed and it may have not been communicated. They never came back to check on me after the second meal was served.
To all staff at Anatolia, you are dealing with people’s lives. Allergies and dietary restrictions are no joke. I have been extremely sick all day and will be for the rest of the week.
We had such high hopes as the atmosphere was stunning and the service started out amazing.
Please please please take more care and...
Read moreWow. Just wow. Came out here in hopes of a proper Turkish breakfast having heard that it just opened. To begin with, the service was very attentive. Our server was super friendly, giving us suggestions, making us feel like at home, and attending to our every need. This place exemplifies the words 'service' and 'hospitality', no half measures here. As for the food, what can I say, it was phenomenal. We had the Anatolia Big Breakfast (a.k.a kahvaltı for those who know) and the spread of food was fantastic (various fruits, multiple olive and feta varieties, four jams, fresh gozleme, hot bread, eggs with sucuk, haloumi, veggies, fresh juice, Turkish tea and Turkish coffee). This truly is the breakfast of champions. Everything was so delicious, and you could really see that extraordinary effort was put into making a divine breakfast. Not only that, but at a very reasonable price, too. Beats any 'scrambled eggs on toast' cafe. Highly recommend this place, it is an absolute gem, and will be...
