Domino's Pizza Calwell — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

I ordered 1 pepperoni with hot saice 1 garlic bread and a 4 pack of churos when I came to pick it up I had to wait at the counter while 3 staff members were at the very back of the store doing who knows what once they seen me they rushed to box my pizza and churos up that were just sitting inside the oven once I got home I noticed no hot sauce on the pizza once I ate that and moved onto my chros I noticed they were burnt and didn't have the chocolate sauce with it. Tried to call twice both times rang out. While this may not seem like a big issue at the moment with the cost of living continuing to go up and belts to be tightened more so now then ever people expect value for money and considering it was $25.50 and I came out in the rain to get this meal for it to only be below average and then not being able to even contact the restaurant to rectify this issue it's left a bad taste in my mouth...

The last two orders that we have placed have been in excess of 40 minutes later than advised delivery time.....and have sat in the store where they have gone cold prior to being delivered. The most recent order, was delivered "without" any of the sauces for 4 servings of the chicken. On phoning the store to advise of this, the young exceptionally officious girl informed me that "...we are very busy..." and without so much as an apology, terminated my call! I was then forced to call back and ask to speak to the Manager to have this rectified. The sauces were then delivered, although rather than the sauces originally ordered, a random selection of sauces in a box were delivered. In comparison, every time I have used Pizza Hut, my order is delivered on time, and as per my order! Will not be using your...

Tried calling 3 times at 9:55pm and the phone just rings out. They don’t shut till 11, after 10 minutes of trying to get through I was greeted with holding music, that lasted for a few minutes, I chose to not order through the app because I hate the adds and offer prompts now I can’t even order at all…? Finally managed to get through and asked why it was so hard to contact them, I was told it was busy (it’s 10pm on a Monday) so obviously I ask well if it’s busy how long will it take for my order. To be told I could have my pizza in 6-7 minutes, he didn’t even ask what pizza it would be…. So is it busy or isn’t it because it usually takes longer than 7 minutes when it’s that busy you can’t answer the phone for 15 minutes. Just a joke and would rather have them say we are understaffed...
