A lot of young kids working here, which I am 100% all for, and like a learner driver, you generally have some additional patience and tolerance knowing this is likely their first job. Who is leading and mentoring them though? There were about 10 very young staff members working and only me and one other person waiting in the store, a few cars in the drive through, and a near 30 minute wait to receive the food. No sense of urgency from any of them, just plodding around the kitchen waiting for one person to finish something before they even moved to do anything else. One young girl simply stood at the in store delivery window the entire time I was there and did literally nothing. People waiting to be served and no effort made to acknowledge and let them know they'll be with them shortly, some just stood there with their backs at them and others looked directly at the waiting customers then turned around to do something else. The young girl who served me presented the food but had forgotten the drinks, when I asked for them she very crankily asked "what drinks??". After I showed her the order receipt she stormed off and delegated the 4 drinks to two other people, who plonked them on the bench behind waiting food from another order, didn't even hand them to me. Again, young people possibly in their first job, but who is guiding and teaching them? Poorly run store with some serious issues around effective training and customer service practices. If it were my daughter, I'd be suggesting putting a resume...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo be fair it's just opened, on the first 2 visits ordered family meals, both times i was asked what sauces I would like, and of course , they forgot each time. 3rd visit ordered 2 meals , the burgers didn't look anything like they do on there drive though screen. Everything was cold , besides my coffee, no cup tray given , and one napkin the size of a tissue, are these guys trying to save money. Nothing beats paying $51 dollars for a cold meal. My burger I thought had crispy bacon and chicken, no just a slice of ham and melted cheese which look like it was heated up in the microwave. I went out of my way today as a treat for my son , who was off today sick , the both of us didn't even finish our meals off. I'm sorry but takeaway is an expensive treat for family's, but somehow the quality control is in the toilet, family meals are around $60 by the time you upgrade. Maybe it's better taking the family to a proper restaurant instead. Please improve staff Training, maybe the first window should hand out the packets of sauces , like KFC . Try telling your kids there's no sweet and sour sauce. You guys need to do better, maybe in time. Customers won't come back anytime soon if it's bad quality, we pay a fair price we expect a fair product, doesn't have...
