McDonald's — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

I ordered double Big Mac for my lunch today. They staff asked me to wait at the corner for my order. When I was about to eat my burger, all the beef patties are piled on each other. Not neatly done, so messy and was very hard to eat. I can't attach the photo here. I/We are regular customer of this branch but seems like the staff are not preparing the food neatly and properly. There are times that we even paid for extra lettuce but they didn't put any lettuce on the fish burger. BIG mac without cheese, soggy and cold chips and sometimes not cooked properly (undercooked, maybe oulled the chips up before the timer runs out). Like, what is happening? And there are times (not just one or two) that when you drive thru at around 1am, their drive thru is closed due to computer system update that last for half an hour and they will ask you to go to Tuggeranong evethough you placed your order through the Maccas app. I believe Mc Donald's also have their standards and they train their staff before they start they job on their own stations. I recommend that they should conduct knowledge check to their staff and also regualr station meeting and gold standard training to check the knowledge of their staff. Mystery shopper will be a big help also to improve their product presentation...

I will never recommend McDonalds Erindale for a party! Called at 7:30am to confirm the party at 11am the same day. Person on the phone said "said yes it is booked and we will put a sign up on the party room door to keep it free." Great i thought... Get there right on time. Tell the staff that we are here for the party.. there are people in the room . Staff say "we will tell the other people to leave, just a moment." No problem. 10 minutes go by and no staff have even gone near the party room, we are still waiting. So i ask again to use the party room that i have booked a staff member goes in and tells the people they need to move and then puts the "room in use" sign up on the door. People start to leave, great now we can get started. Room was filthy so i had to ask for it to be cleaned and a half arsed job at that was done.

Throughout the party randoms kept coming into the party room and helping themselves even with the door closed and sign up.

Half of the orders were wrong or stuff was missing from happy meals.

The playground was good though..

Just came back from McDonald’s Erindale. Placed an order at 20:17 and got the order at 20:51. The order was a happy meal( no pickles,add lettuce and ketchup) got the order at first and the burger was as if someone stepped on it. Showed it tho the manager ( doesn’t look like a manager to me) was told they’ll make a new one. Got my order and I just took it and left as my daughter was waiting and very hungry.Reached home to realise that they made a burger with pickles, no lettuce. And gave me the same old chips. My daughter doesn’t eat pickles that’s why I said no pickles and she likes lettuce.Was so disappointed when I opened the burger. I had to make her an instant noodles at 9:05 pm. Tried to call but line was busy. Will come back tomorrow with pictures of the burger and chips. Order number was 187. Unfortunately I don’t have the invoice with me. A staff ordered his meal after me at 20:28 ( order number 193) got his order before...
