I really wanted to love this place. As a new restaurant in the area, we were keen to support a local business and had high hopes for a great experience. The layout of the restaurant is quite unusual – to reach your table, you have to go down a narrow entrance and squeeze past people who are either waiting for takeaway pizzas or lining up to pay their bill. It felt quite cramped and a little chaotic. We were seated quickly and placed our order without any delay. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, which we appreciated. However, there was a noticeable service hiccup. My dining partner ordered a beer that never arrived, and we couldn’t seem to catch anyone’s attention to follow it up. One waitress in particular didn’t appear to be helping the team—she seemed to drift from table to table without much purpose, which added to the sense of disorganisation. That said, the pizzas were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked bases, fresh toppings, and impressively generous portions. The food really was the highlight. But with the slightly disjointed service and prices that felt on the expensive side, we’re not sure we’d go back. A mixed experience overall.

Pronto is a great name for this place, because they get you in & out pronto. We ordered a bottle of wine (that we had to ask for again when entree turned up before the bottle did). The server then handed us the bottle, glasses & left us to open & pour the wine ourselves. The main came while we were still finishing the entree & only half a glass of wine in. We had to make room on the small table for the main & basically stack our entree away for the server who asked if they could take those plates (as if there was any other choice?). View from outside wasn't a surprise. Food was good, but servers & kitchen need to communicate better for timing.

A huge thank you to Pronto Weston Creek for a wonderful night! We had the most amazing meal at Pronto Weston Creek - the pizza and pasta were phenomenal! The tiramisu was the best my (very Italian) family has ever had, and the Nutella pizza was so delicious. I also cannot speak highly enough of the Pronto Team, with Dirgha going above and beyond to accommodate us and make the night memorable. The rest of the team was also lovely, and it was particularly fun to see the pizza dough being tossed. You have a wonderful restaurant and team, and we can't wait to dine with you again.

Food was excellent but it was overcrowded and not organized.

There are things on a management level that clearly are not happening.

Made a reservation for 8pm and arrived to a table with no setting whatsoever. The guests next to us had moved their own table and taken all the dishes with them, leaving us with a bare, wobbly table pushed against a ponytail palm in the corner that attacked my head all night!!

The seats were extremely high and hard to sit on as the cushions were overhanging the edge of the seat and couldn't be pushed against the chair any more. Even if the tables were spaced evenly, there is simply not enough room to squeeze between neighbouring tables to reach your chair.

Wait staff came to us 4 times with food meant for a different table. I spent the night seeing food being brought to the wrong tables as well! There is clearly no organized sections or table numbers in place that makes the wait staffs' jobs way harder than they need to be.

Waited 20 minutes to have our order taken, and water and glasses to be brought over. 2 tables after us were immediately sat and served with water and breads. Wait staff were very friendly and apologetic, but they clearly don't have a structure in place. I feel so bad for them!

I also want to question the fact that a boy, no older than 10 years, was waiting tables. He was so professional and polite, and had a lovely mustache drawn on his face for added authenticity! When leaving, I casually asked his father "When does he get to clock off? It's almost his bedtime!" The father laughed and avoided the question, saying "he just won't stop!" I understand it's a family business and it's school holidays but he is far too young to be working in a fast-paced environment past 9pm.

The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the staff were very friendly, but there are a lot of basic management and structure missing which is a huge fail for a restaurant with so much potential!

All of these things are redeemable and I hope to dine with a better experience...

I recently chose Pronto for my birthday dinner with a group of good friends, and I’m so glad I did, because it’s my new favourite restaurant. I booked for our group online but had confirmation by phone from Pronto staff. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left I was warmly welcomed and made to feel so special.

Our meals were ordered and served nice and quickly, and they were absolutely delicious. We shared garlic bread amongst us and I had the carbonara for my main. It was exactly what I’d been craving. Others had pizzas, pastas and risottos, which were apparently all very good (I couldn’t fit another bite in to try).

I was treated to a limoncello spritz by my partner, and then while enjoying my wonderful passionfruit crème brûlée (others enjoyed sticky date puddings and tiramisus), I was sung Happy Birthday to by all staff and had a limoncello shot with a staff member who brought out a ‘candle’ in the form of a kitchen torch!

All the staff were so friendly and polite, and we even had leftovers. I haven’t had such good Italian food and hospitality since I was in Italy, and I have since been back for lunch. Thanks to all of the Pronto staff for making my...
