Fiver Rivers has always been a favourite of ours. We're in lockdown, and one of my adult sons was keen to order as it's his favourite Indian. The food was very late - 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering via Deliveroo. When it arrived, my son's dish was missing. We called them, but they didn't answer. (Deliveroo offers a credit or refund, but warns you the latter may take ten days. No other choice. I don't like arm twisting. Anyway, this is about Five Rivers...) Missing dish, food very oily and watery. No spice to it. I can't forgive such a massive drop in quality. If you're under pressure due to lockdown you are a lucky business. I immediately called them and made a complaint about how my food was delivered. The man on phone ensure me to wait so that he can send another delivery in return (which i waited for 2.5 hrs).
