Usually love the Fast Lane but drove through this morning just after 7am and the service wasn't great. The server was fairly unpleasant and seemed in a bad mood... she wasn't polite at all even though I was really friendly to her. We overheard another staff member complain to her about the freezer being located outside of the shop and them having to walk to get something for the smoothie I ordered. The smoothie was great but the coffee tasted a bit burnt, my sister couldn't finish hers. I go to fast lane every now and then. But the last time I went, I ordered a medium caramel latte over ice with lactose free milk, with toasted banana bread. I ended up getting a large one, no straw (normally we get given a straw), no Carmel in it, no lactose free milk, the banana bread was burnt and had little butter on it. This is the first time I’ve had a bad exercise at fast lane Dubbo. It would have been lovely it the lady double checked everything before handing the order over.
