Receptionist the usual one need to learn some manners and be trained for customer service, you can’t act sweet with someone and weird and rude to others. Drivers are your customers as well, they are delivering food to your customers who have paid money to your restaurant. So Her attitude needs to be left home and actually get some training of how to treat people equally. If you have a problem of speaking to drivers shut off your menulog. And say we dont want online orders and ask everyone. It’s just dine in. Remember you are taking money and all the online orders are from your customers. You wont do the same rude behaviour if the actual customers comes in to pick his food.

And I know the owner would jump in and defend as always in the comment section saying their customers to find alternative and he doesn’t want them back. And also he doesn’t care about delivery drivers and don’t want them either. As usual expected. So stop your menulog device and start delivering yourself or at least try giving some respect and speak nicely. Just think of what are you defending. You are making the wrong right. If you think treating customers and drivers in 2 different ways is ok and you can be rude to someone and nice to others. Would like to give you an applause and say good luck mate👏. Time to get some pages turned and learn...

If you are ever in Dubbo, NSW you have to have @thevietnamesehouse215a Absolutely divine food. Tried a couple of Vietnamese beers which made me happy 😬as I had to forgo my food tour in Vietnam last year for unforeseen circumstances. Both great with a nice malt taste. Had 3 course meal, unlike me to have desert but they have adapted the fried ice-cream and it is so easy to eat unlike the heavy greasy versions Ive had and I learnt Vietnam are huge coffee importers, whaaat??!! The garçon de restaurant - Tran was amazing. Thanks to him and the...

Nice atmosphere, air conditioned and stylishly designed interior. Plush comfortable seats and a little water feature as well.

The food was really good - when we eventually got it. There was a larger birthday table on the day we were there, so our party of 3 didn’t manage to get all the food at the same time which was a bit disappointing. One person finished last of their main before the rest came, however on the average day I’m sure they would do fine.

The Vietnamese coffee was great and the duck was really flavourful and crispy skinned. Also we had the beef with morning glory and rice and that was fantastic.

Great up-market place to have...

The food is comparable to that served in Vietnam. It's served with genuine customer service and set in a cool, clean environment. I especially liked the Vietnamese "drip coffee". The restaurant has three levels, the main area, deck and a lower garden level. Under a torturing 37 degree summer sun, the restaurant remained cool. It made the hot soup noodles more delightful! I liked the fact that this business is customer focused. "Mary" from Vietnam, who served us, was well informed and spoke English. Prices are on the higher side, but if you are looking for a decent place for a group or family meal, it is worth it.
