McDonald's Bunbury — Restaurant in East Bunbury

I do hope Manager of this McDonald's store on Pennant road Bunbury reads this.

I am so disappointed I used your drive through service . The young female staff member taking order was extremely abrupt and found her rude when paying for order. I asked for receipt but no reply and window was shut more or less in my face . Got to pick up order another young female staff member . Told her girl was rude she couldn't of cared less . All she could say was 'OH' Handed me my order and shut window. How bloody RUDE!!!

The one star is for food as was nice . You really need to teach your JUNIOR STAFF. some MANNERS teach them how to COMMUNICATE with people!

I am in my early 30's. And was really annoyed with there service . I will not be back to use your drive through . And I hear this from other people also.

I only hope you acknowledge this and do...

Macca's good food but.. The older lady in the counter who took the order of my husband. Is quite impatient. My husband has a Macca's app on his phone and he wanted to use some points, out of some of our orders. But the lady just looking, feeling not in the mood when my husband talking and just said, I don't know I don't use the app " sounds annoyed". And she talking to the guy with the same grey uniform as hers like she was annoyed. And my husband kid's order was all wrong. Instead of no pickle, no sauce. And Just a bun, patty and cheese. She put the order with no meat, Just pickle and cheese.

I feel pity to my husband he just wanted to save some through using the McDonald's App points. We and everybody's love McDonald's ❤️ just sometimes the person who get your order is not in the mood to take your order 😔 or not keen to entertain you while you're using the app. Maybe she was tired ...

This is the absolute worst McDonalds in the Country let alone the State. We have travelled extensively in Australia and have never experienced such appalling customer service. We have been here twice in the past 4 days because the coffee is good. But each time there have been around 8-9 staff in the kitchen, not one of them looked up when we were standing waiting to be served. There was not another customer in the shop as each visit was at 8.15am. We ended up calling out to get served. This mornings visit they finally served up cold chips and when I brought it to their attention the "Manager" couldn't have cared less. Not even an apology. Your customers keep you in business and you are supposed to train those that represent you, so train them. It's not a hard one.

When your coffee is ready the girl screams at you. Disgusting ! We will...
