Presotea — Restaurant in Ellenbrook

I love Presotea everywhere but here. Ellenbrook staff are incredibly rude not just to the customers but to their own staff, ive seen someone on their first day learning the ropes and the others just making fun of them behind there back.

On top of that at any time of the day on any day for the past month have no idea of longer this has been going on but they have had absolutely no pearls. Im not sure if they are just out of stock or just not wanting to make them. I honestly dont know why they dont just put up a sign so many people have gone up to ask for pearls in their drinks and continuously told none are available or that they are sold out, even an hour...

Been going here for a while and never had a problem until today. Got the usual for my daughter and she said it was gross, which she NEVER says about anything. We all sampled it and agreed it was sub-par. We were already at Boost Juice by that point (which was excellent, by the way), so we got her something there instead. Took it back to Presotea to get my money back and the boy serving said bluntly, "no refunds". I asked to speak to the manager and they pretended to call them on their phone, then said flippantly, "aw, no answer". So well done guys, not coming...
