Nice and cosy place to chill and relax. Good customer service but just a little bit erratic ( one waitress did not serve cup of coffee directly to me but placed it on the other side of the table and quickly left without acknowledging ) . Breakfast was served and brought on the table by the chef which was an excellent personal touch which I appreciated.🍀 Eggs Benny dish with runny eggs with avocado was excellent (recommended ) . Big brekkie dish was ok ( mushrooms were small sizes and a little bit dry but tasted good - too much tomatoes ) . I did not like Mango smoothie, too sweet , no fruit, just flavoured by sweet mango syrup 👎. Superpower smoothie was good . Late coffee with oath milk was very good ( spoon was not clean ) . Espresso coffee was of a high standard 👍( optional: served with ice chilled...

Came here on a Wednesday 10am. Ordered a steak sandwich cause I felt that paying approx $18 for an Avo smash was too expensive!! waited what felt like 1hr..walked up to the counter and requested a refund for waiting so long...lost my appetite, then I find out they had to buy the steak from Coles hence why it took so long. No communication at all!! Friend also ordered a Banana milkshake..no bananas.. no one cleaning the tables..we had to move the dirty plates on our table to another table that had left over dishes to be collected. Even though they watched us do it, no one came out to actually wipe it down!! With the whole Covid pandemic going on, you'd think they'd be more on top of it. The pot of tea I ordered...wow, talk about tiny!! The "cup" was the same size as a baby chino!! Def...

My husband wanted to order the sweet potato wedges that are on the menu - 1. Staff member didnt know what it was 2. Said we dont serve that here. Well then why is it on the menu?

As we ate our food, we notice staff touching food in the glass display not wearing gloves or using tongs, staff member was touching all sorts of things, his face, scratching his head, wiping tables and disappearing into the kitchen touching who knows what and then touching peoples food with his bare hands 🤢 poor hygiene.

As for the owner of this establishment, you keep saying in your responses to people that you will follow this up? If you did, dont you think your ratings and feed back would have improved by now? If you are going to respond to this with the generic message - I DONT WANT...
