Oh Sushi — Restaurant in Gatton

I didn’t think I liked sushi until I walked into Oh Sushi in Gatton. I don’t like seaweed or raw fish, but then I met the owners who are very lovely people and very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate my requests. I tried chicken teriyaki with cream cheese and asked if they could be made in rice paper instead of the seaweed wrap and OMG! So good. We were hooked and have been loyal customers and get dinner there every week since. At the moment I’m addicted to the Korage Chicken Curry & Rice. I’m not into hot spicy foods whatsoever and this curry is great. It’s a good size meal and you can’t beat the price. I also just want to add...... To the man that rated them 1x star because he couldn’t find the toilets🤷‍♀️ Had you asked anyone there or even took 20 steps Up the outer footpath you would of saw the public toilets right there around the corner. If I could give Oh Sushi more stars I would....

I have been to many, over 50 sushi places all around oz and in Japan, and i cant believe that this place is the best tasting sushi i have experienced!!! The rice is cooked and steamed perfectly and all the ingredients are fresh fresh! The lobster with cream cheese is to die for! I havent been through all the menu, but certainly will as its just down the road from me. Definately worthy of 6 stars and hats off for the owner to bring such quality food and sushi to a small country town. Will be back again and...

Being new to Gatton and exhausted after moving house all weekend, we decided to buy takeaway from Oh Sushi. How disappointed were we when we arrived home to find our meals (Teriyaki chicken and California) stone cold. There was no Teriyaki sauce on the chicken, and the chicken was crumbed. I've never had Teriyaki chicken crumbed before in my life. The bowl had more salad than chicken or rice. Very disappointing. I'll travel to Toowoomba for my Japanese food...
