Burger’D Ashmore — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

We ordered through uber and the food came 40 minutes later completely cold. Called up as we were unhappy and wanted to bring the burger back in to get a new one. The burgerd employee said it wasn't really their problem that we received a cold meal as we ordered through uber. She said she would replace the meal this time but wouldn't do it again. We ordered food from their restaurant so they should take ownership and responsibility of the food that arrives to our door. Normally I'd give this place a good 4/5 star but the 2 young boys on in there tonight were absolutely shocking. Waited 25 minutes for my order, upon questioning why so long the boys pointed to the hot plate and said this is your order. It had been sat there 10 minutes and no attempt at giving it to me. I was sat in front of them. I refused to take it as it was sat to long. I was told they'd cook a fresh order which I waited another 20 minutes for 45 in total to then get home and the burger was wrong and had mustard on which I asked for no mustard. Burger'd Ashmore have amazing customer service and brilliant staff. They are super friendly. Always have my order ready on time and with a smile. As someone with many food intolerances this is one of few takeaways I can eat. I really appreciate the effort taken to prepare my customised burger. It's always brilliant.
