K Cuisine — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

There is this RUDE staff (middle-aged lady) who served me for my take away order. I ordered one spicy chicken and vegetable BIBIMBAP over the phone and the guy who took my order even repeated it to double check and was all good. Time came to pick up my order only to learn that they have put veggie fried rice instead of Bibimbap. No worries at all and this isn’t even the issue. The rude staff who served me spoke to the guy, in Korean, whom I think took my order. She then talked to me and said, “Next time you have to make sure you say right thing!” I then said, “Yes I did say Bibimbap, vegetable bibimbap.” For which she replied, “On the phone? Is that what you said?” So I replied yes. She then shook her head and said, “doesn’t matter”. Like c’mon! I’m not Korean does not mean I don’t know the difference between a Fried Rice and a Bibimbap. She also said, “Well are you gonna wait?” in a very irritated voice, instead of saying sorry, we eff up your order! If you’re not happy to work, then at least be POLITE to your costumer because I was very polite to you! You are very rude and you make me feel stupid and a liar with your gestures. You weren’t even busy when I came. Its a shame because you serve good food but your costumer service...

Hi there :) I’ve been coming to your shop with my 7yo son many times. But I have to leave this review as I had a few experience that wasn’t pleasant even though we have been a regular customer. The owner of the shop came and and told my son don’t play with the drink bottles/cans when we were there. If he was playing I would have stopped him. Another time was one of the staff didn’t want to proceed with my request (it was only to put the sushi rolls in a separate container) and wasn’t very nice. we were coming back for reasons, and as much as we want to come back again but the bottom line is that if we are going to have unpleasant experience, it would stop us from coming again.
