Cafe CnB — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I was looking for a good place to get a coffee today and this placed popped up with really good reviews. I can confirm they did not disappoint at all. I enjoy having a mocha, but it is very common that there either isn’t enough chocolate or it isn’t stirred in very well. This place however did it beautifully. Their coffee is just velvet smooth and very soothing; also hot enough to sit down with it for a while. The barista came and checked in on me for how the coffee was, very surprising and great to see that they care about their output. I didn’t get anything to eat, but coffee here is phenomenal. Beautiful decor inside, plants, paintings and sweet little vintage posters for a very comfortable environment. The only minor thing (very minor) is the seating inside. Ok so you guys know me, I'm normally all up in the luxury side of foodie life, but I stumbled on this place by accident while waiting for some keys to be cut. Ashmore village is an absolute hole, but, this cafe is a gleaming hidden diamond in the rough. I personally can't even understand how a food product so good, can be so cheap the entire menu is just the perfect price and quality balance. Highly recommend every uni student and pensioner alike come and give this place a go. Coffee was great too. The environment is definately not the tenants fault here. Iced Coffee costs $7. I would justify paying $7 for an iced coffee in a beautiful venue in Burleigh heads followed by amazing customer service, but this is Ashmore Plaza. I had so many flies buzzing around me I ate my food as fast as I could so that I could leave. I patiently waited 15 minutes for the iced coffee and 20 minutes for the breakfast. This was 10am on a very quiet morning. The Kiosk Fresh in the centre has lower prices and amazing customer service.
