DO NOT ORDER OFF OF WEBSITE. (Probably just don't order here at all tbh) I wish I could rate the food but, I never got it! I ordered $45 worth of food to be delivered 11 days ago, after waiting half an hour my order was canceled by red rooster. I called to ask what was going on and was told they would look into it and call me right back, after waiting half an hour with no response I decided I would call again and ask what was happening. Again I was told that they would call me back. After another 15 minutes (I ordered over an hour ago at this point) I called once again and was told very rudely that there was nothing they would do about it. Excuse me? I have paid your company for food to be delivered to my residence which was canceled by YOUR company, and there's nothing you can do about it? She said I would be refunded (I haven't). I told her I don't want a refund right now I want my food?! Apparently the restaurant isn't capable of making replacement food and sending it out? I've complained through the website and received a $20 voucher?? I don't want a voucher, now I want my money back? I've responded and been ignored. I've called them twice now and been told I have to go to them if I want my refund. I ordered DELIVERY because I live an hours walk away. I told her this, and she just said there's nothing she can do about it. I keep being asked by the staff which app I ordered off? Your website! Absolutely disgusting, give me my money back. I have paid this company for goods, I didn't receive those goods. At this point its theft. Read moreStore seemed clean enough, waited a few minutes at the counter before I was acknowledged, friendly enough staff eventually came out to ask if I was picking up an online order to which I was. The one star I give is because the staff were nice and seemed professional. Thought I would try the chicken bacon and cheese rippa for the first time. It had a really odd smell, the grated cheese seemed cold, as if it were added from the fridge at the last minute. There was a strange taste that I cant say I have ever experienced before and just didn't enjoy it at all. I ended up just eating the tenders and not the rest. I understand it is not an overly expensive lunch, but it should at least taste like it is advertised. I also ordered a regular potato and gravy and i accidentally received a large one, which is a bonus for me, but just an honest mistake. I used to always enjoy the potato and gravy from red rooster but it has changed so much over the years. It used to be a nice creamy mixed texture. But it has changed to a watery deb. The potato was runnier than the gravy and I had one teaspoon of it and couldn't eat anymore. It was pure slush and really turned my stomach. Shame the quality has gone down so much that I can honestly say I can never return to any of there stores. Again it may have only have been over $20 for lunch, but what a waste of food and a huge disappointment for the brand to let it's quality go down so much to the point of customers feeling the need to review in a negative way. Read moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!! I assume your phones must be down because this store is frequently making mistakes coming from my experience here tonight!! First off, after placing an $130 order from menulog tonight, to feed our extended family of 7 and to only receive the wrong order that would only cater for one person was the start of my appalling experience!! As mentioned before contacting the store was impossible after trying to reach out numerous times, leading us to no other option but to come out of our way to drive to the store to resolve this situation face to face!! When arriving to the store I kindly told front counter about the issue to have it fixed, and what happened next disgusted me. Not only was staff not sincere about their mistake but after the additional 40 minutes for the food to be prepared I witnessed a staff member eating my food whilst placing it in the bag. Once confronting her with a mouth full of chips which was quite gross I asked for the chips to be prepared again fresh. I trusted in your staff to have rectified the issue properly after all of this nonsense tonight and only to return home with a portion of the paid food missing again. Once again there is no way to contact the store as your phone lines are down.
I’m not a person to complain as everyone makes mistakes, but this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life time with any restaurant!!
