We have been here several times and normally great at lunch time. But we went there at near 17:40 (closing time 18:30) and they served the beef pho was not good. The Beef slice was raw and soup was not hot enough. The rice noodle was too soft and soup taste was changed due to raw beef. It was not normal and I did not mention anything or special order but I got the best pho. It was cook well, tender and nice texter. Just not for today.
The other dishes was also not good as well. I thought they made it already and warmed up a bit and served. Spring roll was not crispy at all and pork was tough and cold.
Overoll, we were very disappointed and I am not sure we will go there again. Becuase it is my best pho shop in the GC for sure. Next time, will be better than today's experience hopefully.

2 months later Itโs my second visit ๐ I had Hu Tieu $16.9 and Pork Banh mi 10.9. Price went up everywhere now๐ Unfortunately noodle has no quail eggs ๐ Thatโs ok because it was very tasty๐ฅฐ I love that clear soup ๐ and fish balls ๐๐ And Banh mi was very nice too๐ Iโll come back for trying popular Pho ๐๐๐ป

We just discovered this great little restaurant after walking through Ashmore Plaza. We ordered two vermicelli salads with grilled chicken for lunch take away and were thoroughly impressed. The meal portions are quite generous, both myself and my partner struggled to finish. The lovely lady that served us was running the restaurant on her own, both serving customers and cooking. She was fast, efficient and friendly. The other items on the menu also looked great so we will be back to try more. Delicious food, worth a try if you are...
