Go Barista — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Bought my machine (Giotto Rocket) from Serge many years ago. He delivered it to my house personally, set it up, and showed my wife and I how to use and maintain it. Fast forward 6 years. After using the machine around 3 times a day every day, we needed the pump looked at plus a service. It was reassuring to see the same friendly man welcome me into the shop. He fixed the pump and I received sms pics of my machine in pieces while being worked on... and once restored to its former glory.

I had my machine serviced and they gladly helped teach me on proper setup of the machine, how to calibrate the grind for my beans and how to correctly steam the milk to produce the correct silky frothy texture you need to create the perfect flat white or latte.
