Hero Sushi Westfield Coomera — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Went there on a Thursday night at 7:35pm (which the website said is still open), still more than 20pieces of shushi rolla left, there is a sign saying kitchen closes which I assume they don't serve hot dishes anymore. We went up tp the regiater and asked to purchase sushi roll from the fridge and the lady in there just waved or hands and say no! I thought she said 'No' to hot dishes so I turned back and ask again. Before I even open my mouth, she is putting all the sushi roll in the rubbish bin in front of everyone!! Worst customer service ever and apparently they rather throw everything away in front of customer instead of selling during...

Everything about this place was bad. My one and only experience and I will not be going back. They over charged me and when I questioned it they refunded under the amount… I couldn’t be bothered arguing over 20c but it was very unpleasant feeling left. The food tasted like it had been sitting for some time. I asked if they had anything hot and they said they could make something but when I asked, they insisted I take something out of the fridge. So I got some sushi today. Definitely eaten her so many times and never had any experience like this. I got 2x Tuna Rolls with Avocado. Now I took some photos and I wanted to run back and throw it at him but I couldn’t be bothered waking the whole way back down Coles end of the mall. IT HAD NO TUNA literally check my photos. The front has a small spot of tuna which mind you is mega cheap compared to all of their other toppings. NOT TUNA you guys are pathetic. Absolute disgrace. ZERO STARS ILL NEVER GO BACK.
