Worst service ever guys! Very less quantity for that price and very bad customer service. My friend ordered Pad See Ew and we got the dish without broccoli. However, the menu specifically said broccoli included. We asked the waitress to change it or include broccoli and she told us the menu has changed and broccoli isn’t included in the dish. I’m not sure how true that was but that wasn’t really our problem so we asked if we could speak to the chef since the quantity was less as well and also if we could just add the broccoli. The Chef walked directly to us very rudely and arrogantly and spoke in a very loud voice saying that the food was already half eaten and we cannot do anything about it (literally had only 2 spoons) and she also said that we should have told them before we ate the food. She did not apologise at all for her ridiculous behaviour at her customers instead told us that WE MUST PAY FOR THE FOOD NO MATTER WHAT! We wanted to speak to the owner and she ignored us! We would have accepted the food if she spoke to us in a very civilised manner. Simply...

Wrong meal delivered. When I called the restaurant they told me to bring up the issue with Uber Eats for a refund.

Whilst I appreciate that we technically paid Uber (and therefore Uber would issue any refund if deemed necessary) the fact remains that the restaurant prepared the incorrect order. And gave the incorrect order to Uber to deliver.

The delivery receipt and the container had the correct order written on the lid, however the contents of the container were completely different.

We could not eat the delivered dish (due to dietary requirements) and no replacement was offered.

The food here was delivered quickly and hot but barely any chicken in the dishes. Which is wild because they charge extra to add a protein. In addition, the meals are quite tasteless and sub-par compared to other Thai restaurants in the area. Regret giving it a go, Also, to make the experience worse, I’m allergic to mushrooms. It’s not on their menu but you just never know, so on the order I left a note ‘no mushrooms.’ The restaurant added a FIVE DOLLAR charge to the order because I left ‘special instructions.’ Are you KIDDING? I’ll never waste money here...
