Quality of food definately on the decline ordered lamb korma and butter chicken absolutely inedible meat in both dishes dry . Rang to pass on complaint and basically didn't want to know and hungup rang back to try and get a replacement or refund customer service shocking never going there again been loyal customer since they opened . This is how they treat loyal customers stay clear

Exactly what I mentioned above both of the curries where in edible I have photos to prove it I also told you I would bring both of them back to show you they where disgusting and inedible 95 percent of the two curries where there. So your customer service reply to this is you where more than fair offering me ONE of the dishes . How generous of you ! Don't forget I had to bring it to you to examine AND not that night I might add but 5 pm the following day ! I had paid delivery why couldn't you deliver and examine if your customer service is so good ? I gave up in the end due to costing me more to transport to you in the hopes of being treated fairly . Great food. Horrible service! By accident I spilled my rice all over the floor. No one came to offer to clean. I went and offered myself and asked them if they give me mop I would clean it. Lady (think the owner) said "Oh no, we'll clean that" .. and they never did until clean. We left nearly 45min later with horrible oily mess on the floor. Oily rice was all over me and on my feet below the table. I had to cover it with a napkins. She walked passes three times. She even set up a new table just next to us. Great food and very friendly service from the wait staff. Fast and efficient as usual. Needs a bit more atmosphere as it feels a bit ‘Food Court’ish’. Create some ambience. Dim a few lights, some simple tea candles for example could make a big difference. But hey, we came for the food and that’s the reason we keep coming back. They made a small mistake with our order and the owner expected us to pay a less than $2 price difference when it was their mistake and we had already started eating. Seriously guys?
