I love noodle box, itās a nice treat for us every now and then and I did the food to be great. However, I always try to call ahead to order on the phone as I live 15 minutes away from my closest noodle box. That way itās only takes me half an hour to come a pick up my food. I tried to call today at 4:30pm not during peak hour to order food and no one answered the phone. This meant that a trip that should only have taken me 30 minutes took almost an hour because I had to drive 15 minutes, order, wait 15-20 minutes for food and then drive back home 15 minutes. When I gave the feedback that no one answered the phone I got a very unsatisfactory response. āSometimes we donāt hear itā Iām sorry but if you are going to have a phone number for people to call, you need to have the phone manned at all times to answer the phone calls. Iām sure Iām not the only person that likes to call ahead to order and this is not the first time that my phone calls have been ignored.
I also found issues with the new menu flyers. You need prices on there so that people know how much they are spending before you add it up on the register and they get a shock at the cost. Also the new pork buns you advertised as vegan, are a disappointment. I understand the need to cater to vegan people thatās fine, but we always love pork buns because of the pork inside. If you are offering āvegan pork bunsā then they arenāt pork buns because there is no pork inside them. And why have vegan pork buns and not normal...

I ordered a āmake your ownā noodle box which included the plant based chicken (which costs extra) but when I started eating there was no plant based chicken to be found. Not to mention the type of noodle I ordered was different to the one I received. I actually went back in and notified them I was missing the ingredient I paid for and the girl looked at me blankly and said āyeah we donāt have anyā. Iām sorry but if you know youāre out of a product why are you charging customers for it? There was also another customer who had come back with the wrong order as well while I was still there. As well as charging me for a product they didnāt have, I also ordered deep fried plant based buns which the same girl touched with her hands (peeling paper off them, etc.) without gloves after she had just been on register touching money. She then proceeded to put them in the fryer with some type of crumbed meat which was then stuck to my buns (which for some would be okay but I donāt eat meat). Absolutely so unhygienic! I would have liked to end by saying that they were nice to face with my reasonable complaint however thatās not the case - both girls were extremely dull and rude and didnāt...

This time I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and the special fried rice, the rice was boiled and we found some type of fried batter, it's a shame they didn't actually fry the rice instead they boiling it which really isn't "fried rice" is it? The chicken teriyaki has bits of grissle through-out and was not very enjoyable. Good thing no one has any allergies otherwise someone could have ended up in the ER. We tried this place a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt and were left even more disappointed and hungry as they were once again inedible. Will not be returning or...
