I’d like to make a review about not the store itself but a staff member. I was lucky to be served by Kassy (Cassy?) sorry not sure if it is a K or C! But I just want to point out how professional and thoughtful her service is. From the moment I was served constantly asking politely what I would like, how my day has been, so patient with me when asking for prices and combos. On top of that, Kasey cared about the customers lunch, not just “waking” everything in but carefully placing the ingredients with care. However when I sat down had my sub, Kassy continued her amazing, kind and thoughtful service to her next customers. I’d like to say a massive thank you to her. I would also like the Subway manager/owner to know about this as a lot of great service and work in this world goes unnoticed. It would be in subways best interest to keep Kassy happy at subway as their would be a lot of work places out their who would love to have people with that amazing service. I hope this gets to the boss and is recognised. I was also served by another amazing worker their last week but forgot to get her name! Will be sure to get it next time to ensure her hard work is recognised as well....

Made an online order #1472559, went to the store and collected it and when I got home realised what I ordered wasn’t in the bag. My order, which was even stated on the receipt attached to the bag read, “12 inch sub dog on Italian herbs and cheese bread with mozzarella cheese and salt and pepper”. The bag contained a 6 inch sub dog on normal white bread and no salt and pepper. To get the order so wrong when the receipt even states what I originally wanted is just purely the poorest of service and demonstrated a complete lack of attention to detail by the staff. Will probably give this store a miss...
Read moreI ordered and paid online, expecting a quick pickup. When I arrived at the store, I informed the blonde girl serving that I was there to pick up my order for "Kas." Instead of simply handing it to me, she rudely insisted on finishing another customer's order first, despite it taking only a moment to give me my sandwich. After waiting a few minutes and asking again, she begrudgingly handed it over and then yelled at me, calling me rude as I left. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in front of other customers and my child. Online orders should be prioritized, and customer service staff should treat customers respectfully. This experience was entirely...
